Wow, what a shame to see it come down to this to such nice people.

The stance that Ed took to fight the IRS may not have been the best though and its a shame to see it come to this conclusion.

There are no real silver bullets out there when attempting to free yourself against the IRS and unlawful laws and taxes.

However, there are organizations out there like Free Enterprise Society, that have done many years of research on how to go about freeing yourself against unjust taxes.

It is a real shame they didn't have an escape plan in that they didn't leave the country. Early on in the IRS investigation certainly they could have just taken a plane to Brazil or some other country with no extradition. Wouldn't it have been wise for the Browns to have money stashed in overseas accounts? Certainly they should have known that they were going to be used as examples of pay up of else.

The govt was able to function without income taxes for over 100 years.
