Wow they sure are beautiful. On a trip i had to Turkmenistan me and some travel friends saw a Turkmen Alabai killing a HUGE wolf on a farm because it was eating the sheep, this dog breed is by far the best guard dog. The Farmers told us that sometimes up to 3 times a year they had had Dog vs Wolf, wolf always run away or ending up dead.

Alabay is Turkmen word.And it means mix with black and white color-ala,bay it means rich.

Alabay is the most famous dog in the world.

I have 4 Alabay dogs.If you have this dogs even wolfs cant come closer you when going in desert:)))

none of them is kangal. white one is alabai, black one is central asian ovcharka. They are completely two different breeds than kangal.

i wouldn't say they are completely different .. They still belong to the same group of ancient livestock guardian dogs native to Middle East/Central Asia.. "Kangal" is a Turkish variety, "Alabai" i believe is a Turkmen word for a big spotted dog, and "Central Asian Ovcharka" - is the official name given by the Russians to native guard dogs of Central Asian Republics of the former USSR..

Kangals only connection with CAO is they are both guard dogs.Kangal is lighter builtAnd is only fawn with black mask.Turkey have the Aksaray which is alot like the CAO except they don't crop it's tail.Also it is a mastiff size dog.

ya bi prislal foto, tolko ya seychas uchus v kitae, i u menya net vozmozhnosti otoslat ego foto! u menya est tolko foto s sotovogo telefona gde emu 1.5 mesyacev, no ya ne znau kak otoslat eto foto cherez youtube! seychas emu god i 2 mesyaca, vesil kogda ya uezhal 4 mesyaca nazad tozhe okolo 90 kg!!!
