  • @BellaFreak

Couldnt agree with you girl! That program

offers a lot of workout strategies so we can

lose belly fat and get a lean sexy stomach.

This isnt any kind of gimmick. But girl,

you forgot to put the "".info" That should be:

    AmazingAbs.info

  • Hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got hot 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • lmao use a heavy object, like a book or a bottle of water... uhm what kinda pussy would use that? just like u said after, USE A WEIGHT!

  • wow awesome vid man!

  • is it possible to get ripped like that without getting bulky? what are the equipments that i need?

  • what an ass hole you are with your flat abs girls have better abs!!!

  • what foods would u recomend eating while your getting abs and working the whole body

  • How long does it take for the lower abs to start showing it's definition/lines from the time someone with an average build starts these exercices? Just a ball park time window. And should they be done every day or every other day?

  • exercising and healthy diet/lifestyle changes are always the winners for the sexy 6-packs!

    theabstand*net

  • 35lbs is a BIG book

  • Most of the idiots commenting here are probably 300lbs and dipping twinkies in milkshakes.. Im the "real deal".. I got me six pack abs that are natural!!

  • @uksimon Cardio and diet. Both things you SHOULD do anyways. I don't want a video that says EXERCISES to only tell me eat this eat that run for 4 miles then eat this. I play football for my cardio and I have a pretty decent diet. These exercises were what I was missing. I'm not calling you wrong, but for a vid that says EXERCISES I don't want a lifestyle vid.

  • sounds like a robot talking

  • I have some good information on hwo to get abs on my blog check it out

  • thecommentary sounds abit robotic, but very good advice and demos

  • great ab training set, thank you!

  • cj, u should show us your cardio routine as well

  • the dragon flags wernt preformed properly. u shud lift everything from ur shoulder blades down off the bench, n keep it off the bench. keep ur core completely tensed n pull everything up to vertical, then lower it back down to the "bruce lee" position. rocky 4 shows u how its done.

  • 6 - pack - abs! xD

  • Fuck me sideways O.O

  • TnX man

  • do you think if you devote 8 hours to exercise a day, you can change your body in 3 weeks, lose lots of weight..is it time or effort

  • i used crunch lounge do 200 a day 7 days a week and run cuz im in boxing best way to mantain a six pack people

  • no, ur body can only handle so much... ull be hurting urself working out that much... especially as a beginner...

  • thats way too much if you havent gradually built it up, fast changes are never reccomended for the body

  • dont do too much cus u need rest u will just end up hurting yourslef. building muscle doesnt happen over night. it takes time, 3 weeks is not a good goal. it will take a lot longer. think more in the 6 month goal area

    training-rest-nutrition

  • u rock man !!!,gr8 body,well definition,and also gr8 point,that's right and best,i think,exercise for abs,it's harder but it's worth.

    btw,some 1 asked about lats,im still a kid,but i do pull ups,and that's best exericse for lats,back and biceps,the key is,-slowly up and slowly down,and arms are wide,like your shoulders are.

    Tnx,again.

  • Thanks for your comments.

    Good points, too.

  • @Draganmm Not trying to sound like an arsehole xD but it's actually best to go up as fast as you can and then down slowly, it improves the strength and power of the muscle more effectively.

  • nice abs, and nice lats. how did you get your lats like that?

  • Do lats exercises like anyone else, with rather heavy weights to increase volume. I assume that you find the "cuting egde" of the lats positiv, for those you need low body fat, same for a cuting edge chest and six pack, low body fat. An example of everyday life is the rather big guys you see lifting 120kg in bechpress and more severall times, these are though ussually rather big overall and dont have cutting edge like models.

  • ok!! damn it!! it really works man!! this is great! now then i can do my home abs workout!!

  • Hi Fazli,

    Glad you liked it.

    Enjoy.

    -CJ

  • the "iron gym" pull up bar with ab straps works great for hanging leg raises. works both upper and lower abs. no need to do anything else.

  • does it really work? i have those and i was sore the next day after using them for the first time but i kinda lost my motivation to keep doing them...

  • yes, hanging leg raises works great, just stick with it, check out my abs, all i do is hanging leg raises and nothing else for abs. no need for boring sit ups or crunches.

  • Hi guys,

I've got one of those too. I like hanging leg raises, but I still prefer the roman chair crunch (first one in the vid).

    Peace,

    CJ

  • the dragonfly is hard

  • Hey Carl, nice amount of views on this video. Keep up the good work, I hope we can work together later on something or whatever.

    - Chris with sixpackexposed

  • Chris you bastard, you're just leeching clicks off my vid =)

    CJ

  • Of course I am =) And it's working pretty nicely, lol.

  • I didn't understand your websites, quite difficult to read them.

  • thanks the first and the second are easy no matter how far i go on the first on it is easy

  • how many sets of this exercise should be done?

  • Hi Trin,

If you've never done them before, I'd do 2 sets of 4-6 reps of each.

You might need to do less reps of the Dragon Flag. Just do sets of 1 or 2 reps at first, and don't push yourself too much: you risk an injury.

    Good luck!

    CJ

  • do them till you pass out

  • @Doderhultarn89 ab workouts r soo painful they actually do make u nearly passout lol

  • pretty good, sounds like Stephen Hawkings though

  • For ana amazing Strength and Condition Video type in "MIKE SAFFAIE" in the search bar Thanks.

  • dont need any more info carl, they exercises looked very challenging, i'll just aim for that. thanks! very inspiring effort also!!

  • what can i do for love handels??

  • hey does the 2nd 1 really help your punching streight i havent tryed it but i am going 2 tomarrow and ty i have my 6pack but ive beenlooking for new ways to change myself

  • lol you can't even do proper dragon flags!!!! hahaha what a joke

  • I have a problem-i seem to instinctively tense my lats and arms and i'm actualy assisting my abs,so it takes away the stress from the abs.

  • Hi Hivoyer,

It's OK if you contract other muscles while training your abs.

Advanced exercises are hard to perform and recruit more muscles than just the abs.

So, the way your body reacted is 100% normal and expected.

Keep training, and check out my website (link's at the right of the video, under my name) if you'd like more free tips on getting six pack abs.

    Good luck!

    -CJ

  • thank you sir

  • not for beginners? =(

    i'll watch it soon again..

  • Wow just so you no I've done the exercise more then once so if I were you I would stop assuming that I no what I'm talking about cause you don't no shit...

  • Please reply

  • I can reply, you are stupid, simple :).

You really think you will get results after one time? Fucking ignorance! ... -_-

First of all, this guy hasnt the best abs either. The second exercise shown here doesn't isolate much as you are using your shoulders aswell, but it's mostly for the obliques (the abs on the sides). Go find something else about ab training. Btw if you try to just get abs you wont succeed very well, you must trian the rest to back up the rest, balance

  • if you didnt feel anything after 50 reps of 2 sets your definitly doing it wrong and secondly, it takes at the very least, 4-5 months to get a 6pack!

  • 4 months... True. But it really all depends on:

    1) Your body fat percentage

    2) Your diet

  • I tried this exercise and I didn't feel or see any results after I did two sets of 50 reps

  • Hi Jcdb813,

    Which exercise did you do?

    CJ

  • im gonna add these to my ab workout

  • roman chair or romanian chair????

  • Hi Rafaello,

Good question. Actually, I made a mistake in the video. It's roman chair, as you put it.

    Works great anyway =)

    CJ

  • very good exercises but the second one got me dizzy :p

  • true.. when I'm on the floor doing leg raises and such I have my hands on my butt or around there because other wise your in risk of back injury

  • As a former competitive gymnast and wrestler I loved Roman chair situps BUT I also had done many years of lower back exercises. I agree that the RC situp is not a beginner exercise even though the sponsor of the video did it to train his abs. When I help guys on abs I also tell them that they must develop correspondingly the lower back muscles. The core properly includes lower back muscles.

  • Hi Andy,

You're absolutely right--people should train their lower back as well as their abs. Actually, they should their whole body.

Some people, however, just want to hear about abs exercises and nothing else. If that gets them started, at least that's that.

My point is better do a little training (abs) than no training.

Still, you were right: abs and back exercises go hand in hand.

  • a want too get abbs right av already got a 2 pack but i cant get my lower abs lyk a siz pack it sont work please hellp

  • You cant isolate burning fat to just one area and unfortunatley the lower abs is one of the last places fat storage and is one of the last places for fat to burn off. You can do as much ab training as possible and have great abs but if there is a layer of fat covering you will never see them. My advice would be work on cardio, do alot of running, as well as your ab excresises and you should see results fairly quickly.

  • Hi gaines9000,

Fezz90 is right: it's very hard to define the lower abs.

To lose belly fat, you should do cardio (e.g. jogging) and lift weights. Both help burn fat and get six pack abs.

If you'd like more free tips, check out my website. The link's at the right of video, right under my name.

    Good luck!

    -CJ

  • haha ya i know what you mean man bad for the back and not save !!!!!

  • wow i didnt know if i should give you a thumbs up or down but after reading it ya ur right what kinda video is this :)

  • a rep is the amount of times u do the movement eg if i was doing 3 sets i would do 8 reps on each set

a set is the work out so it would go like this 10 10 10 free sets of ten, set. 8 ten times, 8 ten times, 8 ten times, 8 ten times

3 sets of ten and 8 reps each

  • YAH WHAT IS A REP?

  • Love and Rob,

A rep is doing the movement once. For a crunch, crunching up and going back to the floor is one repetition.

    Good luck!

    CJ

  • wot do reps mean cj

  • that aint bruce lee abs workout bruce lee put his whole body vertical and then went horizontal without touching the floor thats a hard dam workout

  • im waiting for the email :S

  • tnx carl,.. im trying to do that, maybe ill wait for 4 months to make it,..

  • i wish i can do that,..

but how many reps is it?

and how many times a week?

  • Hi Bevin,

If you're just starting out, try easy exercises such as the crunch and the sit-up.

After a few months, when you're stronger, use those. I'd do 8-12 reps to failure of the Roman Chair Crunch, 4-8 fast reps of the Full Contact Twist and 3-5 well-executed reps of the Dragon Flag.

For tips and tricks to help you get six pack abs, visit my website--the link's a the right of the video.

    Best of luck,

    CJ

  • leg lifts

  • Hi Tupacfan,

Very good question. The lower abs are the hardest to develop.

You're doing all the right things already, so I'd guess all you need to do is do them a little better to lose the last bit of fat that covers your lower abs.

Do you do interval training? It's a new and very effective form of cardio.

Do you lift progressively heavier weights? If you don't, you're wasting time.

To find out more about interval training, visit my website (link right of video, under "March 15, 2008")

    CJ

  • Hey CJ, is it ok to do this everyday?

  • Hi Killa,

I'd do this 3x/week at most. I have a blog post about this where I explain why 3x/week and not more.

If you'd like, check my blog out by following the second link at the right of the video, under "Added: March 15, 2008".

    Best,

    CJ

  • Hello, i am 14 years old and exactly 153 pounds.

I have nearly no fat, and i have a gym membership. i dont have a very detailed 6-pack, and my lower abs arent coming in to good. I was wondering if u have any suggestions to work my lower abs, and to speed up the process of getting a 6-pack.

  • Hi Will,

How long have you been training for?

To get a six pack fast:

    1) Lift weights

    2) Do cardio

    3) Train your abs

Do you do all three? Do you do them well?

To find out, enter your email address on my website (first link under the thumbnail of the video, to the right). I'll send you tips and tricks to get a six pack faster.

    Good luck,

    CJ

  • i find all these things alot of bs if u do 600 a day for about a month you should have a six pack i do 750 sit up every other day and i have a four pack this is after about 3 weeks and i do less days than you. but working out every day is bad... the muscles need a day to rest and expand

  • Hi CJ, Im 13 years old and aprx 105 Pounds. I have been doing situps, around 600 a day and if i start doing this how long will it take to get a sixpack that i can see or feel.

  • Hi 40,

600 situps a day is a waste of your time. Do harder exercises for less repetitions, like the ones in this video.

For more details, check out my website by following the links at the right of the video, under "Added: March 15, 2008".

    Best of luck,

    CJ

  • hey cj i can feel my abs but i cant really see them can you get back to me on how to tone up the lower regions thanks

  • Hi Countryboy,

Training your abs is just one side coin. The other is losing the fat that covers them. To do that, you must eat well, do cardio, and lift weights.

For specific suggestions on how to do that, check out my website by following the links at the right of the video, under "Added: March 15, 2008".

    Best of luck,

    CJ

  • ppl dis stuff works..i started doin dis for 3 weeks..now..and i can already feel my 6 pack area gettin harder and i can c shapes day by day....thnkx cj??>!

  • he i was wondring how many reps and sets i should do of each?

    thanks

  • If you can do them, I'd start with 2 sets of 6-8 reps for the first two, and 2 sets of 8-12 reps for the Full Contact Twist.

Check out my website (link at the right of video) for more abs training tips.

  • Do you mind if I ask:

    1) how much cardio do you do a day?

    2) how many calories do you consume?

I try my best to do 30min of cardio and that allows me to eat around 3,000 cals. Also weight train 4 times a week. If I want to trim more body fat, I'd probably have to cut down to 2,500 cals.

  • Hi Bruin,

    1) About 45 min of biking.

    2) Around 3,000 last time I checked.

I weight train 3x per week, that's what works best for me.

You seem like you know you stuff, but if you'd like more training tips for six pack abs, register for my free newsletter on my website (link is at the right of the video).

    Best,

    CJ

  • actually i'm 18% body fat i need to lower it by about half it is right now. how much pounds do i need to lose to get to 10% body fat? and how long do i need to do it? reply back fast pl0x

  • Hi Golden,

Abdominal exercises won't help you lose much fat.

If I were you, I'd do cardio and lift weights. Subscribe to my email course (link is at the right of the video) to find out exactly how.

    Good luck,

    CJ

  • does this workout burn fat

  • Hi Saints,

A little. If all you want is burn fat, I'd recommend cardio and other big lifts, like the deadlift and the squat.

    Best,

    CJ

  • does this work to burn body fat?

  • I have low body fat, about 7%, people say I have a "six pack" but I really don't think my abs are good at all. I'll take a look at the website

    you seem promising thanks alot

  • I got some change on my firts week of using this training

  • I think there SLUTTY and i think people who go for people for a six pack or because there physical fit are never going to be happy. There is so much more out of person then just being physcial fit but the work out sounds fun. I guess i could get the six pack and never show it but i like to try the part where hey im a working man and i want her to like me for me not for my body thanks for the training video.

  • SHHIIIIIITTTT

    dragonfly looks like a beast

  • Yeah, pretty hard =P

    CJ

  • exellent work out

  • doin the abs exercises is good but you must shed fat to see results.....my advice to anyone would be running....it worked wonders for me, and also the diet is important of course !!! good luck to all that are training hard.

  • How long did it take for you to get six pack, please need fast reply.

    /kind regards

  • Hi Coolguy,

Took me a while, because I didn't know what I was doing.

With the right exercises, it takes 1-2 months to see results if you're not fat.

Check my website (link is at the right of video) for a free email course on abs training that'll help you get six pack abs.

    Best regards,

    CJ

  • it's not only the exercises you do but the body fat percentage that will determine if you'll get a 6 pack or not

  • You can have at most 10% stomach fat. To get define abdominal muscles.

  • the Romanian chair crunch made me sore for days, in a good way

  • thanks alot man!!!

  • hey carl.

    nice vid..excellent ab workout.

do you have any videos on strenght training and conditioning of the body, i want to know about exercises that will not only just make me look good but but will also strengthen and condition my body for MMA.

    thanks!!

  • Hi Jiand,

Thanks, I'm happy you liked it.

Google "strongerman" and check this guy's stuff. The website is ugly, but his workouts are powerful.

    Best of luck,

    CJ

  • When doing the romanian chair crunch, do u breath in on your way down, and breath out when crunching/pulling yourself up? or the other way?

  • Hi Mike,

I hold my breath throughout and exhale and inhale quickly at the top.

    CJ

  • hi.. i wanty to know if u need to be a certain age to do these? because i am 14.. so...

  • Jack,

Your age doesn't matter so much as your training experience. Don't try these unless you have a good 6 months of (abdominal) training behind you.

You can Google for easier abdominal exercises, or check my website and my blog (links to the right of the video).

    Best of luck,

    CJ

  • Hey buddy i have a few qustions..

how many calories a day do u hav to eat to see better results?

and is god to do it once a day or like 3 times a day?

  • u should really start of with super sets 25 crunches then 40sec hold plank do that 4 times once a day then after 3 weeks start to go advanced but rember u need to involve cardio

  • Hi Seb,

Calories depend on if you want to lose or gain weight. Assuming you want to lose fat and that you're 15 lbs above your desired weight, I'd go with 500 calories below maintenance, leading you to lose a pound per week.

I wouldn't do these exercises more than 3x per week. I currently do them 3x every 14 days with good results. You can do easier exercises more often though, but I wouldn't train my abs more than every other day.

Check my blog (link at right of video) for more.

    Regards, CJ

  • one pound of fat contains 3500 calories

you can figure out the rest

  • i try all of these exercizes and i always end up doing about 10 before i strain my lower back and give up... what am i doing wrong?

  • Are you just starting out?

These are advanced exercises. I really recommend you get a solid 6 months of training under your belt before you try them. My website (link at the right of the video) might help you with that.

    Best of luck,

    CJ

  • can you please tell me what i should be eating cause i have been working out for say 4-5 months now and i cant see a major difference and i think it has to do with my diet.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Angry,

Head to my blog (links at the right of the video) and check for "The Crash Course on Dieting".

I'd also register for my newsletter if I were you.

In short, it's not what you eat, but how much you eat that counts. This being said, eating an animal-based protein source (meat, chicken, fish, egg, dairy) with every meal also helps, but is far less important than just watching the total amount of food you eat.

    Best of luck,

    CJ

  • and also how long will it take for me to see results?

  • Beginners generally see results after 3 weeks. Advanced trainees who try these exercises feel the difference right away.

    -CJ

  • Hi how much time is supposed to be given between and in each exercise?

  • Hi Azn,

If you're just starting out I wouldn't do these. Start with a beginner program and get back to these after 6 months of solid training.

Once you can do these, I would take 1 min 30 sec between each set.

Check my website (link at the right of the video) for more info.

    -CJ

  • Damn, the dragonfly. Isn't that what Bruce Lee used to do?

  • I think so. There's a picture in the vid of him doing it.

    CJ

  • is this healthy for my to do at 14, im 5 foot 10 inch, and im 155-160 punds? please coment back

  • these exe are advanced, you can do them but not to the extreme hes doing them, like for the first try using a ball or bosu ball to support your back.

the second one do slower with little weight, get your form correct first.

the third is very advance and difficult to get perfect form. do only 3-6 again focus on form.

  • Hi WT,

Basically Godscuttingyoudown is right. Don't try these if you're just starting out.

Google for easier abdominal training program and get a solid 6 months of training under your belt before you try these.

For the romanian chair crunch I recommend you start with a very low bench, in case you can't crunch back up.

Oh and make sure you register for my free mini course at my website (links to the right of the vid).

    Best of luck,

    CJ

  • Thanks for the 3 techniques.

  • any tips on getting paired abs?

  • Hi Fernando,

What do you mean by "paired" abs?

    -CJ

  • Great vid btw bro

well by paired i mean that the 6pack looks even. Notice how some people turn out with their abs well developed and strong, yet there is one side that seems to develop more; one side seems to be deeper/stronger than the other, whether it be while comparing the top or bottom or the left and right. and well my abs are more devloped on the top, and hardly on the bottom...so i was wondering if u had any tips on growing a "paired" 6pack?

    thanks bro

  • OK, got it.

To see our abs, you and I need to have not a lot of belly fat. Our lower abdominals will show last because this is where the fat comes off last. Even if we have very little, most of it will stay in the lower belly part, covering our lower abs.

If you're there, check out the "stubborn fat solution" by Lyle McDonald.

But that's only if you've tried to diet in the past (to lose the last bit of belly fat) and it didn't work so well.

Let me know if I'm off track (PM me).

    Regards,

    -CJ

  • Hi Rik,

I'm sorry, I deleted your comment by mistake.

The answer is yes, you can. Dsh is right: holding them on your chest works.

    -CJ

  • yah, hold the weights on your chest.

  • oh ok thank you guys (Rick1pk and cj ) going to check it out thanks again so the answer is eat and eat and eat cool

  • that last exercise doesn't look easy at all!

  • rudoclos12

you have to do a diet program like i me. eat everything with variety and regularly. do exercise too LOOL.

my weight was: 143 lbs now is: 165 lbs.

  • i can do the three exercises but i'm not as i expect. Can i lift some weights with this exercises?

    Rick

  • Hi Rik,

    I'm sorry, I don't understand your question.

  • Wjat if your 11 years old?

  • Hi Joe,

If you're 11 and you're just beginning to train, if wouldn't recommend these exercises yet.

I suggest you try my free beginner program. You can get it by registering on my website. You'll find the link at the right of the video.

    See you soon.

    -CJ

  • hi i have been working out for two months and i just want to know how can i win weight my weight right now is a 115 pounds when it should be 140 at least but my trainer just dont help me so what you think i should do

  • Hi Rudoclos,

To gain weight you need to eat more energy (food) than you spend (exercise).

Congratulations for exercising: don't stop. However, to put on weight, you'll need to increase the amount of food you eat.

Easy tips are: snack often, eat plenty of healthy fats (olive and fish oils, nuts), and include an animal source of protein (meat, poultry, eggs, fish or dairy products) with every meal.

Check the "Nutrition Revolution" preview on my blog. Link is at the right of the video.

    -CJ

  • if you SWIM ( Much better for you than RUNNING), and do those exercises, bada-bing

  • thanks alot and what if u dont wanna lose weight so u cant really diet because u dont wanna lose muscle and just lose the fat

  • Hi,

It is possible to diet "just enough" so you lose fat but not muscle. You'll have to adjust your intake and output of energy so that you lose about 1/2 pound of weight per week.

"Hypertrophy" type weight training (6-12 reps) also helps maintain your muscle mass while dieting.

Do both and you should be fine.

    Regards,

    CJ

  • cool! i'll definitely try it out

  • Hey paul i dont know if im asking the right person or not but is it possible to acquire a 6 pack within 2 weeks if i continousouly do your work out for 6 hours straight? non stop, so basically strenous exercise to achieve results?

  • Hi PunkDragon,

Generally, I'd say it is not possible to get a six pack in two weeks, unless you almost have one already.

Also, forget about training for 6 hours straight. The only thing that'll do is hurt you.

If you're not overweight, you'll need about a month to get your six pack to show if you train three times per week.

Try my free program. You can download it at my website. You'll find the link at the right of the video.

    Best of luck and regards,

  • Hey. I'm a skinny dude, but my abs don't show. I want a six-pack...and I usually do 4 sets of certain ab exercises two to three times a week, with about 10 to 15 reps. Could you PLEASE give me advice on getting a six-pack, that's reasonable? I'd appreciate it so much. You can message my Youtube account if you'd like. Thank you!

  • Hi Jake,

If you've been doing the same exercises for a while, you need to change for harder ones. Try the ones in this vid, check online for others, or just buy my program.

If your abs don't show at all you probably need to lose some stomach fat. Read my reply just below about that.

You're welcome to e-mail me if you have more questions.

  • what about getting fat off of the lower abs aka the pooch

  • Hi Bharrah,

When you lose fat, you lose it over all your body and not just in one spot. So you can't just focus on the pooch.

Fat loss isn't rocket science. You need to spend more energy (physical activity, mainly) than you eat (food contains energy).

So you can do this two ways: spend more (more exercise) or eat less ("diet").

Both approaches work, but the best in my opinion is the third one: do both. Read Nutrition Revolution preview blog post (link to the right of the video).

  • Hi, I do some abs for a time now and I need to build up that 6 packs abs :). I'll try your excersise but I have a question: since I did the habitual abs exercise, how many should I do to begin if I do about 100 sit-up in a row? Should 20-30 is ok? Ans rigth now I can't do the dragon thing (I don't have bench) so do you have something else to replace this? Also, you mention add weight if the exercise's going easier, how much do you add at a time? Thnks.

  • and 1 more thing do u have any idea of something i could use in my house to do the dragon flag?

  • Office desk might do it. Just make sure it's 100% stable. You don't want to fall off.

  • and another thing how long do u think it would take to get a 6 pack with these exercises.

i mean im no chuck norris im only 13 im just trying to get nice and fit for sports

  • what about the dragon flag what do i do with that do i use weights or something insrtead of increasing reps

  • Yes, use ankle weights.

That would be exceptionally hard... Can you post a video response of you doing it?

    -CJ

  • do u have an email i could send it to

  • one more thing i wanted to ask once my abs start to get stronger howe many reps should i do?

  • Hi,

Great question. That's how most people think: increase the number the reps as you get stronger. It's probably why most people don't have six pack abs.

What you need to increase is the weight you lift every repetition. For example, if you put your hands behind your head or above it, every repetition is harder than if they're along your sides.

So, when you get stronger, increase the weight, not the number of repetitions. You can use some external weight like a heavy book also.

    All my best

  • ye thats what ive been doing i was just wondering if you had to increase reps thnx man!
