I wrote the FCC back in 1990 regarding subliminals and they said that there was no official legislation against subliminal advertising, but that advertisers had voluntarily agreed to police their own industry and would refrain from using them. So, once again we have the foxes guarding the hen house. Also, has anyone heard of low-intensity light or low-volume sound techniques, which is suppose to be the most common form of subliminals used in television "programming" today?
