please help, is there a way to run midi songs (like general midi) in this keyboard? like a program that convert the files to the keyboard can read, or maybe a mapping can be make? by the keyboard, or a pc program, so thanks!
@TheSirSlaughter That's a Roland W-30 sampler, but I'm not actually playing it, I'm using it to control NI Massive, a software synthesizer. See my newer Wo Bist Du video for a real keyboard playing it. Much better too, it's the same keyboard Flake Lorenz uses.
@inuamaru Just so you know, different keyboards have different sounds in them (also called patches in synthesizers), so if you find one sound in a keyboard, the chances of it being in another from another manufacturer are basically nil, unless it's something generic like a saw tooth lead with excessive portamento or something.
The "sound" was created from scratch using a synthesizer, so unfortunately, no keyboard in existence has this patch but mine.
@inuamaru Uh, can you read music? Otherwise it's going to be hard for me to tell you any notes. Would be well worth learning the notes off by heart, only need to learn one octave, because the octaves are just repeated up the keyboard. Saying that, you really don't need to as such... I get by just fine, and in the 10 months I've been playing, I've been too lazy to learn the notes well.
@inuamaru As for notes, can you see what notes I’m pressing properly? If not I’ll change the camera angle in future videos! It’s easy to figure out by ear, just play along with Flake!
If you’re hell-bent on creating that same sound, it’s actually a sampled orchestral string sample with heavy distortion from the effects unit in a keyboard (well, sampler) called the Ensoniq ASR-10, which Flake Lorenz uses a lot in the studio. See my second version of this for a better idea.

I can hear a few mistakes. Now, I don't know piano language as I also go by ear. So... i'll just say what times..
The quick notes:
1. 00:06 - Should be a lower fast note, THEN the higher one, which you play at 00:09.
2. 00:18 - Same thing, should be a lower fast note, then followed by 00:09 note.
