in any case autocar conducted a speed test and found the speedo error is 0% relative to the GPS speed.

great car no doubt about it. i have heard that the cc8 had manually adjustable shocks and ride height, does the ccx still have it? if so a bit of time and effort would have made the car suit him more and probably posted a faster time.

The engine for this thing is a 4.7 litre delivered from an english company that make F1 engines. They bench test the engines up to 1300 hp before they are put into the cars with 8-900hp. Apparently nobody has ever managed to blow an engine. In the new Agera I think the power is just above 900. Also the new Agera comes with paddleshifts on the steering wheel.

I duno if you can hear it, but when he lets off the accelerator you can hear a sort of deep humming or growling sound from the engine... sounds fantastic

Ahhh, awesome machine, but unfortunate that full advantage could not be taken as to its power...makes me recall the episode of TopGear (BBCAmerica):: the *STIG,* after a rare off-roading experience LOL suggested that the car would put the power down MUCH better if it had a better rear wing...and of course, when the factory sent it back with such modification, the STIG took his vengeance via a much better lap around the track =)) . This brute is potentially a 7min:high teens around the ' ring ;)
