People don't understand Six Flags is FORCED to do this stuff! If you had a business what would you do let the WHOLE business shut down or shut down a park? i went there once a back in '08 and i wasn't a big coaster rider then, but i guess its kind of sad that any six flags company closes. im a big fan of the company and its sad to see them lose a park. this park wasnt one of my favorites, and when i was there (june 08) the place seemed empty. i didnt care for it much but to thise who did it must be a great loss of memories and fun. sorry all employees, fans, and six flags people :)

Hey everyone. Just found out they are revamping the park to put more coasters and water parks. Should be open next year!! Only one private investor as of now.
All I know is Chang is going to Great Adventure to take GASM's place. It's sad to see them closing parks, but I think it's what they have to do to save the company. Maybe they'll be able to turn more of their parks into "premier" parks like they've already done with Magic Mountain and Great Adventure.

As much as I don't like the six flags parks. This kind of makes me sad. This was the first Theme Park I went to as a kid (18 now) This was were my coaster addiction was born. I loved this place.....until i finally went to Kings Island at the age of 13-14 ish. Then I said F'U to Six Flags. However I am still sad about this.
