1 John 5:7 There are THREE that bear witness in heaven: The Father, The Word, and The Holy Spirit and these Three are one. Triune = Three in One. "To wit, God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself.." Jesus died on the cross and the Father, God in Him left because He could not be part of sin. We will never fully understand God because He is SO Great... Jesus said I am the Father are One.

I'd say by " we shall be made like Him" (1 John 3:2) we are "changed into the same image from glory to glory" (2 corinthians 3:18, 1 Corinthians 15:49) that is our glorified body (Romans 2:29-30, John 17:24, etc.). We are one with God as the Son is one with the Father (John 17:22). Thanks again, I think I understand your possition a bit more. Grace to you!
