  • Yiddish is modern Jewish dialect. It's about halfway each German and Hebrew, blended together. I don't speak it, but I've heard quite a bit on tv and in movies and books.

  • Hi, Millie-- I'm the "Henrik" that a few have mentioned. I saw your blog on the news, and I think your approach to these problems is great. I'm disabled myself, and I'd had problems opening some TV dinners, so I called their service number; they sent a whole envelope of coupons and changed the packaging to make opening it easier :)

    Stay sweet!

  • Cute. I do apriciate the "culture" of complaining aboutdefective products. Unfortunate for me, it is much more common in the US then in Israel. But I was really pleased to hear that your complaint and others helped change the way this containers locks and opens.

(BTW, I avoid cafeine as I consider it a drug. a "cultural accepted" drug, but still a drug).

    Shaya

  • BTW, I avoid culturally accepted complaints.
