  • anyone think about drafting a talented qb who falls in the draft? i mean lets face it, we're going to have to address the need for a backup qb because kitna is not fully healthy and im not sure i would trust him in the first place if romo goes down again. i say we pick up a qb like rhett bomar with an early second day pick. he could be our longterm solution someday, who knows. brooks bolinger is horrible and we could use a better #3 qb

  • we have stephen mcgee

  • thanks, i posted this comment before the draft started, but i like the effort. and im rly not pleased with this pick either. i doubt he wouldve gotten drafted by another team and we used a 4th rounder on him. rhett bomar is a much more capable qb who is fit for the nfl rather than someone who ran the option attack in college.

  • I like mcgee he has alot of attitude and ya he mainly ran but thats not really a bad thing cuz he can throw too he usually ran around to find ppl open and ran if he had nothing open he didnt have that great of receivers to help him out

  • SixBurgh!

    Steelers#1

    Ben Roethlisberger=2 SuperBowls

    Tony Homo= Choke Artist

  • Hes totally wrong about the whole defensive tackle position. We have Greg Ellis and Demarcus Ware..We also have Jay Ratliff and Tank Johnson. Cowboys had i think the 3rd most sacks last year. Demarcus ware had most in nfl 2008 season. If anything the cowbos defense needs some corners. Keep terrance but get some new. And offense we need a wide reciever and our linemen are fine. They proved they can do the job in first game vs Browns.

  • the cowboys had the most sacks in the nfl last year... not 3rd... 1st son!

  • we no longer have tank johnson, who never did what the cowboys asked of him to do anyways. Ratliff is a beast and has shown that he deserves to start though. smaller, more agile, and explosive is his game. scandrick and newman are set. jenkins has plenty of talent and we can see where he goes with that. i dont think we should address a corner till late in the draft. o-line is key here. i no longer trust the left side and replacements need to be found.

  • FS, NT, C (slide Gurode to LG), ILB, OLB, WR all should be addressed at some point in the draft.

I think Sensabaugh can be a solid SS, I'm not high on Hamlin at FS though. I'd really like to draft a true cover FS and let him battle it out with Hamlin in training camp.

I really think Austin will beat out Crayton in training camp and can be a solid #2 WR.

  • I think they brought Sensabaugh in to start . He's a freakish athlete. And leave Ellis alone, let him finish out his contract, we need him for depth and his pass rushing skills.

You're right about a receiver, I think we're set with starters but we need *good* depth there.

  • i have nothing against bobbie but they should trade him2redskins cuz they release jason taylor so they need a defence player since we need a young backup quarterback i was wanting us2trade boddie2redskins for colt brennan, idk just cuz i like him ,cuz he is from hawaii lol idk if that may sound stupit, dumb or not but i like colt brennan,i want us2draft wide reciver quan cosby from texas

  • i dont imagine that well trade ellis but carpenter does seem more likely. we need to work on our secondary. we got sam hurd i think were good. i think we need a better back up qb

  • I like Rashad Johnson, William Moore or Ron Brace for our first pick in the 2nd.

  • We need to draft a WR. Miles Austin is good, but he struggles in route running, and tracking the ball deep down field with defenders lurking near him. He isn't a deep threat consistently yet. Gerald will start at SS, he is a beast!!

  • "Miles Austin is good, but he struggles in route running,"

Says who? Based off what you've heard?

lol, it's amazing how our fanbase comes to the conclusions they come to and everyone jumps on board with it.

  • No, it's from what Ive seen. He can improve, but he wasn't quite ready last year.

  • I've seen many Cowboys make this statement and it just humors me because we haven't even seen him on the field enough in real games to make that evalutation that he can't run a certain route.

Based off what I've seen and my opinion, I think he can play and will make a solid #2 WR next year.

  • Preach it brother!!

  • cowboys for life man ! welcome to the C.N.S. ! Cowboys Nation Syndicate thats the dallas group on youtube

  • patrick chung is our guy.

but i dont think we'r already done in free agency.....we'll see
