  • i'm dentistry student and madibular block always tricks me,i didnt knw that we should always feel the bone while navigating i thought just insert from adjacent canine side reach ramus then navigate to the other canine and in many cases it doesnt work

  • there is antoher approach possible called szokoloczy method. Its more simple for new beginners.
