i'm dentistry student and madibular block always tricks me,i didnt knw that we should always feel the bone while navigating i thought just insert from adjacent canine side reach ramus then navigate to the other canine and in many cases it doesnt work

there is antoher approach possible called szokoloczy method. Its more simple for new beginners.
