Sham-Wow works great as a camping towl too. I do a lot of motorcycle camping and instead of carrying a bulky towl to dry off I carry a Sham-wow. It will dry you completely off with only a ring out or two, and it dries really quick. In this case, Sham-Wow gets a definite wow!

You have to pick up the spill in the carpet when the Shamwow is damp otherwise it does not work as well.
