VERY VERY VERY reliable quad, and I have to say that the oil consumption on her is little to none, she gets amateur gas consumption, but she loves to guzzle anti-freeze, also the back skid bar on it does tend to want to snap so if you got money go and get a better one because if your riding a wheelie you cant fit your foot inside it. Depends on the type of riding you do. For the track go with the yfz 450. For the trails go with the 700. The low end torque on the 700 lets you ride all day in second or third gear minimizing the shifting you need to do. It's also great when you find yourself in one gear too high while climbing a hill. Just give it more gas!
