part of it is muscle memory. But when learning spotting is key. Yes, there is a gained tolerance to the movement of the body. But some people are able to do the consecutive turns better than others. It is all about the training.

so the turns were probably the best part of this dance... there was a huge lack of energy and a lot of moments, girls were just standing there with no choreography... And some of the moves, they should not have been doing in a costume like that.. sorry, but i didnt enjoy it...

@retroalex1 how can you say that! Those "turns" were difficult the more dancing in a routine the easier because its not technique its just sharpness and control but with turns like those there is a lot of technique that is but into it and most people would not have been able to do this routine.

This was great! The turns were absolutely beautiful, and i loved the energy you all put into the dance it made it seem so much more interesting! An i think the girl who kinda got caught behind the curtain, what ever she did it doesn't matter because she got right back up and back into the grove like nothing ever happened! so that was great, keep up the amazing work you guys!

stop complaining about "too much turning" because coming from a dancer that much turning can be very very hard especially stopping and doing moves just to go right back into turns. And love the costumes :)

@AdotLanae I download my songs off of youtube, so I would suggest to find the original video or a performance. And if you're good with cutting music, then you adjust it to dance to the parts you want :-) good luck
