  • Who sings that song? It's wonderful! The scenery is very nice, too ;-]

  • Thanks, this is the studio I teach in. The song is called Pocket full of sunshine by Natasha Beddingfield

  • you did really well for using your sub arm- well done x

  • really amazing. Despite using your sub arm, you still look graceful, and just stunning.

  • Yes, very odd looking at first until you figure out what's going on. There is a French pole dancer on You-Tube, Shade (that tag should bring her up)and you watch her video and can't figure out what is going on. Then her face pops in the foreground and you sudenly realize all the time you have been watching her camera pointed at the wall sized mirror in a giant pole studio. Lefty spins are righty and righty spins are lefty. Then you go "Aha...that's what it was..."

  • Cool will check it out.

  • great job, it does feel extremely weird but u made it look great. we are limited to what we can do with the sub arm, its weird really how both arms don't look unevenly toned, wouldn't that be a weird sight...one muscular arm one skinny one, lol. how does that not happen? anyhow u did wonderful and this song just makes me wanna jump on the pole! well done xoxo

  • Great great job & that song is fab!

  • wow u did thats really well hunny i havent done mine yet lol u did a real good job there well done xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • feels weird huh?? i was goofing off last week doing this during a practice.. i shoulda turned the camera on.. i looked like a newbie all over again!!! lol
