Two? It's impossible to get all 251 with 2 games. There are version exclusives. Also, they did glitch for Mew and Celebi, with Celebi glitch being time consuming, because they are event-only. :D

@Dukstless I just said two because they said two games will be played at a time. Is the Celebi Glitch the same one that you go through the process of a good clone, bad clone with the Hex values or something like that?

With Celebi Glitch, you clone (not sure which, good or bad...) you can turn hatched Sneasel into Celebi, using fact that Beat-Up (a signature move of Sneasel before Generation IV) shares the index number with Celebi. I can say it's a legit Celebi, because you do not use cheats or GameShark, just a bug in programming (which was fixed in later generations).

@mychelle171 Lies lies lies. Mew you can get via the Trainer/Fly Glitch (aka Mew Glitch) in RBY. Celebi you can get via the Celebi Egg Glitch in GSC. Look them up on Bulbapedia.

I'm aware of the glitches to get Mew and Celebi but that wouldn't be legitimate right? Since TSG mostly never use cheat codes to obtain them but not sure if glitches count

@00renrei Well, there's only 2 ways to get them in RBYGSC - cheat, or use glitches, since the events are LOOOONG past. There's nothing wrong with glitches - they're NOT cheats. It's a perfectly legit tactic!

also, i know you can glitch to get mew, and as for celebi, i'm not really sure... (also, pokemon names that have been around for YEARRS arn't spoilers)
