so this is perfect for triggering sounds from a computer then such as a vst instruments it something i have been thinking of doing for a while would you recommend this piece of equipment or should i look into other options

No- but the perfect midi controller for using any sound in your laptop/drum machine/synth box etc

samples are factory Roland(but highly edited and affected by me) from the painted up roland handsonic i am playing- that runs thru a Korg Kaoss Pad II- for more realtime fx and synths -Signal than enters my ibook thru an interface into Ableton live- Audio is looped / affected by plugins/fiters etc in realtime using a evolution UC33e midi control surface- the final signal pass thru an Alesis Air Fx for -you guesed it- more insane tweeking- next vids will have more detail-

Thanks for your comment- I'm using a Roland Handsonic HPD-15 maybe discontinued but they still make an HPD-10 a more affordable although less intuitive and complex machine- It passes thru a korg kaoss II pad then ran thru Ableton Live version 5. The t-shirt is called a t-quilizer comes w/ battery pack and sensitivity pot
