@dskillzhtown Thanks for the comment! This video was recorded entirely with a Canon EOS Rebel T2i with a cheap 50mm F1.8 lens. Edited in Final Cut Express.
I usually use another Canon (HV 30) for the 2 camera videos.
I appreciate the observation! We actually spend more time with the edit than we do with the preparation of the food!
@bbq4smoke Thanks Allen! I gotta tell ya, a planked pork loin roast is by far, the best pork loin roast I've ever tried! It's nice to have a mountain of cedar!
@R6bbie Yes. The light smoke from the plank will infuse a lot of flavor into the meat. It's also (to a lesser extent) another cooking surface that won't need to be scrubbed afterward.
