I don't get why there are previously unreleased tracks from this Analord series. How does he decide what to include and not? I guess that's why he finally released them all, if this is all of them. I have a rather large problem... I am a huge Aphex Twin fan, and have heard every song I can find (I have pretty much all his stuff). I am a large fan of lots of other artists too, but I haven't found one recently that I like because I can't help comparing new music to music I already like! And when that music is Aphex Twin, that means nothing can compare and you end up liking nothing else...

Help me people, can anyone else suggest any excellent artists?

I'm sorry good sir, but I have the same problem and I haven't found a remedy, expect in a rare circumstance where I'm in the mood for something more down to earth. when you begin to listen to all the small details, squelching bass lines and resonance and cutoff tweaks that are perfected, everything else starts to sound a little over-done and mundane, at least for me. :)

@retnuHDJ I've suggested this to someone on an Aphex Twin page, maybe it was you. An ambient/electronic artist that I really like is Steve Roach. He has samples on his website of a lot of his music which is good because the majority isn't on Youtube, I haven't searched elsewhere. I'd suggest his release "Core," since that's more electronic-heavy, although I haven't dug into it; a lot of his stuff is very minimalistic ambient.
