  • notice the pigs didnt drag him out of his car and taze him.

  • @macrochronic wrote, "notice the pigs didnt drag him out of his car and taze him."

Are you kidding? They almost certainly took turns blowing the drunk DA once the camera was turned off. Those pigs were so on their knees for that DA that I guarantee they teabagged him while they blew him and then lined up so he could blow his load across all of their faces.

  • wow thats the first time i seen them do it right wow they can do it right . that the way you should treat everyone not just the cops we are not all bad cus we dont have a badge

  • puts me in the mind of Emmet Till..the 14 year old who was beaten, shot and severely mutiliated for being black in Mississippi!! he had a speech impediment so no i will not say he whistled at the dog's girlfriend, he was BLACK! bottom line!!! and the white men were never convicted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • puts me in the mind of Emmet Till..the 14 year old who was beaten, shot and severely mutiliated for being black in Mississippi!! he had a speech impediment so no i will not say he whistled at the dog's girlfriend, he was BLACK! bottom line!!!

  • Thats bullshit. The community should have said charge him with the crimes or we will. Its our responsibility to make sure these people pay for there crimes. Look around we put these people into office so ultimately we can take the law into our own hands if enough people stick together.

  • imagine if that was a black gentleman, ha ha

  • Yank his ass out o the vehicle like 5 minutes ago- there look scared, replace district attorney with ordinary person and then add dark skin- just watch cops, the show!!!!

  • for some reason this reminds me of this time in highschool where i gave some random kid drugs and he ended up smashing into my best friends car and totaling it by accident. talk about awkward...

  • Thanks for posting this. Every time those in governmental possitions of authority are treated with special privaleges and a double standard there should be a HUGE OUTCRY and a demand for justice!!

  • Maybe they didnt thump him, but they are still gonna take him for OVI. His career is over.

  • Yeah but this is how it is - universal. And worse.. people get away with murder. I mean... I liked Ted Kennedy but come on... if anyone else killed someone during a drunken accident on a bridge and then tried to hide it.. he'd still be in prison.

And you're right. Anyone else would have been wrestled and tazed. Gads. They don't baby the "ordinary citizen" like this. I'll bet these cops are worried about their paychecks, too.. :-/

  • This guy sounds like he should be the DA in Santa Clara County, California! I would vote for him before I would vote for Dolores Carr.

  • Did anyone contact the attorney general's office im sure they could of had him removed?

  • Comment removed

  • @TheCharles2711 You do know that being a Lawyer does not make one infallible. These officers were taking extra time for him because they knew him personally from court. It was respect, for him and the job he does everyday. Yes, the American Bar Association could disbar, suspend or publicly or privately reprimand him. But, he is still human, a person, that has made a mistake.

  • @one4mygirls you make a good point

  • @one4mygirls hey I work everyday as well. you gain respect from that. this guy has a drinking problem and could have killed someone. there is no excuse. this is just anouther example of a currupt system and a drunk DA

  • i understand the corruption here...but i cant believe no one has made comment on how big that officer is.

  • THIS IS UTTERLY INSANE!!! I can literally taste the corruption in my mouth...

  • Has Clayman's conduct (both incidents) been reported to the Texas Bar Association? They can suspend his license or disbar him permanently.

Also, Clayman is either elected to office or appointed by someone who is elected to office. If he won't resign or be removed, then the proper thing is to support a candidate who will do so. That's democracy!

  • yea this is bullshit look how easy they went with him anyone else would of got there ass beat down to the ground

  • GOD i hate Clay he can suk a fat one lol all he dose is lie and attorneys r not supposed to pea on court houses go to Hell clay!!!

  • they asked him 16 times over 5 minutes to "step out". I would guess the "average" citizen gets an average of 3 commands and 30 seconds to comply before they would have been beaten, sprayed, and tazed mercilessly into submission.

  • I have seen more crooked cops, judges, lawyers, politicians etc. in my life than then i want to ..fuck you cant trust no one anymore anymore..

  • This is fucking BS they would never be this calm and cool with any random joe!

If you treat one like shit you should treat them all like shit, no matter what they do for a living.

  • Wow, did someone re-write the law enforcement handbook, LOL! Clay!!!! LOL! This is a shame.

  • He was taken to the Hutchinson County Jail and released to the custody of the Jail Staff. The Borger Police Department did their part. They can't prosecute the case too. He was taken to jail and charged with all the crimes he committed. They did not order his release.

  • If "Clay" had been anything other than a white man, he woulda had his ass dragged out of the car in cuffs.

  • If Clay had been anything other than the DA, he would have had his ass dragged.

  • Things have become so bad in this country. The rich & those with any kind of power prey on the working class. Texas prisons are filled with men & women who are serving 3-5 yrs in prison for a little weed while this prick gets off.

  • Borger, TX is backwards like Vidor, TX. The only way to deal with it is to move and kick the dust off, don't look back. If you live there, then egg the guys house daily. Paint "Clay is a drunk" on the water tower and his car. This is why millions want to move to the US. Mostly it's not this way. Justice has always been for those who could afford. This is why those people get rich to make connections. It's been this way for 5000 years. In Mexico, rape can be 6 hours in jail, or a $30 fine.

  • Is Borger Tx a corrupt agency or what is the deal with this. This guy would have been dragged from the car and arrested in my town. WTF?!?!?!?!

  • thats borger texas for u!!

  • these same assholes in this video pulled us over and while i was passed out i was drug to the ground and tasserd 7 times while still passed out then charged with resiting arrest and i was just the passenger

  • This video and information afterwards made me sick to my stomach. Are they going to wait until he kills someone before he gets the help he needs? Ballman, if your job has gotten so bad that you need to stay drunk to deal, then find a job tha is not so stressful!!!!! I pray to God that you never kill anyones' child just because you need that drink! Get help before it is too late!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Please please please if it were you or me it would be get out then pepper spray the the beat down by all 5 cops. PLease please my ass. And he is still the D.A. and not even a night in jail they drove him home! He came from the judge's house? The justice system in Borger is ass backwards. But it isn't just there I'm beginning to see it is everywhere. If you have enough money you don't do no time for any crime remember OJ? And the guy in Galveston that cut up his neighbor and threw him in theBay

  • what a little bitch; "wheres my wife." Clay get your thumb out of your mouth

  • This happens all the time! I can honestly say that I have seen more crooked cops, judges, lawyers, politicians etc. in my life than fucking "jo blow's" This world is sick and wrong and totally freaking backwards!!!!!!!!!!

  • Please Clay, step out for us, We love you clay, pretty please Clay with sugar on top. If that was you or me tazers would be clicking they would be screamig "GET ON THE GROUND HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK" While they electrocuted us and beat us within an inch of our lives.

  • @MrBullfrog9876 LOL!

  • doublestandard

  • fuck you glenn baxter fuck you and your shitty book

  • This is crap...quit begging , give commands and drag his ass out

  • yep this is Borger Texas full of drug dealers and corrupt cops and drunk officials

  • This man wants to charge my son with a felony. My son was driving in the rain when his car slid in a mudpuddle and hit a girl, it was a accidentt now my son could be looking at 10 years. Talking about doublestanderds. Any help I will be in your debt.

  • Woah, two sets of cuffs? That's fucking bullshit, he ain't fat and his hands look like he would be able to reach into his front pockets. I understand this dude is their friend or whatever, but they should follow procedure like they do with any other citizen and beat the hell out of him.

  • wow what a joke and now he has another dwi that the law enforcement is keeping hush hush borger at its finest they need to have a formal investigation on this shit i live here so i know how corupt this town is when a drug dealler can pay off the cops so they will leave them alone something is wrong God help us

  • that is fucked up he should of gotten removed and served time in jail like everryone Else

  • BUSH WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • yes America lost everything you said....that's why Obama is in office...

  • I live here and this happened before obama was even heard of

  • You clearly missed my point....I was not blaming Obama for this guy's behavior.....

  • if that was a black kid they would yank his butt outta there with no "i need you to step out" baby questions at all!

  • I don't see the cops doing wrong. The cop wants the guy to take the sobriety test, he obviously does not want to do it, but the cop insists. No cover up at all that I see.

  • You phony damn hypocritcal asshole..how many damn people have you rendered judgement on be being half as fucked up as you are here..you dismal piece of shit!

  • To be fair, ordinary citizens can't throw the police in jail just because they're upset.

The police did nothing wrong, it was the DA who was being a prick.

  • Hey! not all of us here are happy about this WE all thought he should have been removed from office too.

  • justice?

    texas justice?

    bush's justice?

    fuck texas justice fuck

    bush fuck racist rednecks

    they all are war criminals

    fuck texas too

  • Proof that the "Good Ole Boy" system is still in effect in some places.

  • SUCK MY DICK PONTE34 AND FUCK BUSH

  • It all comes down to this it's not what you know but who you know. Since he committed at least 8-9 felony's in just this one instance he should be serving time in prison. After all the people he threw the book at he should catch some too. This is a flagrant disrespect for the law and the good people that uphold it. It is a travesty of justice that he get's away with all he has done and some of the same justice he delt out on others should be delt out on him. And with just as harsh as he would!

  • If this were a normal person after the second time the officer say step out of the car it would be tase time and good old fashion beating. And this being a shit hole Borger Texas you better not be black and pull this.

  • PROSECUTORS ARE SHIT

  • Car door is open - ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, Arrrrggghhhh QUIET !!!

  • what a hypocrite. he gets to decide pretty much the punishment of someone drinking and driving and he decides to drink and drive himself.

  • This is rediculous. Is the guy deaf? The police are being SUPER nice to the guy. You know any ordinary citizen would be drug out and hand cuffed. I like his sorry excuse for drinking and driving too. If you are a good cop, you do your job the same no matter who it is. THe law is the law and this guy needs to learn that a D.A. is not above it.

  • DAs are pretty grimy people. Like that guy on to catch a predator that killed himself. I guess the fact that they are willing to be a DA is a sign that they are messed up.

  • All Bar Associations throughout the world are signatories and franchises to the international Bar Association located at the Inns of Court at Crown Temple, which is physically located at Chancery Lane behind Fleet Street in London. Although they vehemently deny it, all Bar Associations in the U.S., such as the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, or California Bar Association, are franchises to the Crown.

  • That M***** F***** gave me 5 yrs probation and a $5,000 fine for threatening someone. no one was even hurt just threatened and a felony record! He needs to be taken out behind the courthouse and shot the worthless son of a bitch.

  • minter4562, you shouldnt have threatened someone. then you wouldnt be on probation and have a fine. if I were the DA, youd be in jail.

  • Shut the hell up, I'm sure you weren't there so don't talk.

  • People threaten each other all the time. A felony conviction bars you from living in society and nearly forces you to be a criminal in order to live. There was no need for that kind of a conviction.

  • If you threaten someone you are a criminal and you should be barred from living in society.

  • "Who ever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a cowered, who ever can not take care of him self with out this law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant. If I die you are forgiven, but if I live I will kill you. Such is the rule of honor."

  • I never claimed what I did was ok but I didn't deserve all they did to me. Only time in my life I'd made a mistake like that. But this man has set himself better than the rest of us and the law doesn't aply to him he comitted 7-9 felony's at this one time he should be in the pen!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey buddy I said some stupid words in anger and nobody was hurt. I just blew off some steam no doubt I was wrong but he committed several felony's and is still the D.A. there is something wrong with that picture! Don't you think? He ran over a person then fled and failed to render aid resisted arrest and D.W.I. just off the top of my head. I think at least 5-10 years for each offense would be about what he would recommend so I think he should get the same plate served to him that he serves up!

  • I never claimed to be right in what I did I made a mistake a momentary laps in judgment and no one was hurt I blew off some steam said some things I didn't mean and walked away. I shouldn't have said what I did but once you said it it's out there and nothing can be done about it. Like I said I walked away and no one was hurt not like him hit and run DWI resisting arrest assault on a police officer fleeing the scene of accident off the top of my head!!!Failure to render aid!!!

  • The fact is that the cops KNOW him. It's hard to deal with arresting someone you have viewed as your superior or as a comrade in the justic system. It's not that they are treating better, it's that it's a tough situation that could effect their jobs just as bad as it will effect his. You act like all cops do is shoot and taze and that's just so biased and....ridiculous. Grr...

  • Who gives a shit if it's their superior, cops are supposed to arrest on charges according to state and federal law no matter who the person is. It's not a tough decision, police cannot have any loyalties except for the law which they uphold. Each person in society is supposed to be equal.

  • we all know that no matter what the Borger District and Law Committee are all together on everything, but when one of us get in this kind of situation, it's a whole different story, and it's not that this country or law is corrupted, but Borger's COPS are. I dont know about ya'll but now it's time to step up and take our town back

  • Yeah, I don't know about "YA'LL" also.

  • We have a new DA. He did not run again. The way I understand it he has since been in another accident. He is threating the woman HE hit. He injured her moderatly. Next time he will probably kill someone. I have seen him on the road and I pull over untill he passes. I have 4 kids and do not want them hurt. I tell them that is the man above the law.

  • If you're talking about the accident that was recently the subject of a letter to the editor, that wasn't him...

  • Our asses woulda been tased by now.

  • Oh sensibly how many times must the police ask the question, pull his azz out I won't tell you but only two times and that's it. Well it looks like the DA won't be re-elected

  • i got prosecuted by this guy for a DWI!

  • I got prosecuted by this guy for a DWI!

  • sorry Christa.

  • This happened blocks from my house. Nothing would have happened if the teenager had not followed Mr. Clay while calling the police. I called Borger PD for a car driving stupid and stoping in the middle of the road and I was put on hold for 8 min. Then they hung up on me.

  • I say we turn it into a drinking game. Every time Rush- I mean the officer says "Clay", everyone has to take a shot :)

  • LOL....GOOD 1!!!!!!

  • Why are they being SO NICE TO HIM??????????????

Why dont they DRAG him out like anyone else!!!!!!

  • Because he's a district attorney. You and I both know anyone else would've been tased or pepper sprayed by now, but it's the politics behind the job

  • So what do we do when they DON'T do there job REPOST -REPOST-REPOST-REPOST-REPOST-REPOST-

let the whole country know what the cops do in Texas. This is BULLSHIT! He needs to do time for the crime if the people upholding these laws don't even follow them what is the point of have'n them, Public Safty??? what if he had killed someone or does in the future.

  • I agree with you.

  • U.S.A, U.S.A, U.S.A

Seems like that´s the way it goes down there!!!

  • Dudes its true! I live in Borger texas where it happened. There is no need to call names and use obsenities

  • Wow! I am in awe, but not in shock. I am in law school and work for an attorney part-time. I am quite surprised that Texas would stand for this. I am quite familiar with the Texas Penal Code. What about the parent's of the teenager?

Have they got involved? Is he or she alright?

I hear stories like this all the time, but have never seen it. Thanks for sharing. I will spread the news.

  • It pays to Be A Big Dogg! Anyone who sits and whines about the judicial system is just feeding them and making them fatter! It's time to get up, and do something about it. Even if that means educating yourself to become one of them!

  • Those look like really pationt cops to me.

  • I grew up in this town and my dad actually lost an election for District Attorney to this guy in 1997. I'm appalled but not surprised that this happened. I'll never live in Texas again because clearly, it is very dangerous to. I just don't know what to think about a town where criminals defend justice.

  • Texas is a very corrupt state! They have the most Wrongful Convictions being released from prison. Dallas area had a forensics lab shut down because of corrupt employees framing people instead of doing the tests correctly.. Texas & Ohio, Corruption owned & Operated...

  • i wish your dad had handed me my punishment. i know i did wrong but its hard to accept from someone who walked away from the same thing!!!

  • why didn't he spray him the second or so time the cop asked him to get out?

  • If the dude wasn't a district attorney he would have been slammed, jammed and rammed in under a minute!

  • If they forcibly remove him from the car then the field sobriety tests will be ruled involuntary and not be admissible in court. That's why it's important for him to get out on his own.

  • ya, they need to be careful of what they do. he could be a little to tight with the judge.

  • if it were an african american or a hipanic. ist that sad how us americans talk shit on other countrys for being so corrupt but we are the most corrupt of all? lets stop and think about how many people are in prison or in jail right now for making the same mistake that "MR.BOSS" did. shouldnt they be given a second chance? well i guess its only if they are distric attorney...thats the only way they are going to be spared.

  • Dumbest fucking thing I've ever read.

  • no it's not u idiot. it's friggen true. this contry is serverly corrupt. and personally i hope that either we overcome this or that America ceases to exsist

  • You stupid bastard... First of all learn to spell. Next, learn that putting "." right in the middle of your scrambled ass thoughts just makes the reader laugh at you MORE. And again, other than what YOU wrote... Dumbest fucking thing I've ever read.

  • wow, getting all hardcore on the keyboard huh? and i hit the "." button by accident prick. I Know who my father is and my parents were married when i was born, so i'm not a bastard. Plus who the fuck cares people are entitled to their own opinions w/o reason to be objected to. u must either be a nationalist or just some idiot blinded by the media. seriously go out into the world and look around you. what do you see?

  • if we are such a great country, then why do we have homeless people? why are people in this country going to bed hungry every night? why do we have people letting millions of tons of food rot and go to waste in warehouses, just because they don't want to put so much out because it'll lower the prices? have you ever thought about that? have you? doubtful. we are an embarrassment to the planet, the U.N., and the human race.

  • now your probably thinking that i'm an anti-american right? far from it. i still support our country i just want some servere changes which i know will never happen.

  • One of the major problems in the formerly great U.S.A. is the lack of education of its citizens.

  • mmmmmmm yeah

  • I find the comment that you make about the taxpayers paying their salary, well funny thing they pay tax too so i guess they pay themsleves to work. and also boss they are doing their job here so I dont see the problem here. the reason why they might take this long on him just like a lot of cops would do on a lot of people is because they have to diffuse the situation not make it worse.

  • For everyone who has an opinon on how this situation should be handled should no the entire story before they begin to judge the way this arrest was handled. The District Attorney was taken to jail and charges for DWI and Hit and Run were filed. He was taken to the Borger Jail where he was booked and then transported to the County Jail, just as any other person would have been. What you don't see is that his window was shattered with an Asp ( Baton ) to remove him from the vehicle.

  • This MF is so lucky i did 7 months in jail, in michigan, eaton county, and i wasn't even tanked liked this cat i blew .011 and got F*%$

  • You didn't blow .011, it must have been .11.

  • They reason they asked him so many times to get out of the car is because they know him and know he is harmless. They taze other people is because they dont know the person and doesn't know what they are capable of..

  • It is a shame that MF like this are above the law. This reminded me when I went to Mexico and the cops pleaded to guy being arrested to "PLEASE" get in the back of the truck.

I laughed and said "Shit, that would never happen in the US" Dammmnnnn!!! I was wrong.

It is not fair for this guy to be in office because everybody regardless of who it is, has to obey the law.

  • please clay will you step out..go on please get out. He will be sober by the time these cops sort him out... mace him...tazer him.... oh you cant hes not black. Ok shall we let him go coz he wont get out.

  • geez, yank him out already!

  • fuk that LAWL i wouldnt need half that chance to mace the face of my boss kekekekeke

  • My viewing of this video is the result of a homework assignment. I was raised in Oklahoma and visited relatives in Texas. With the straightforwardness and tight keep of the law, I am suprised with the revelational outcomes of this video.

  • I'm sorry but this just shows how corrupt our system is becoming. If it had not been the DA or someone they knew, they would have never given him that many chances. They would have sprayed him, put one set of hand cuffs on him, not double locked them so they wouldn't tighten up, taken him to jail and locked him up. This man could have killed that teen and he wasn't even charged for the hit and run. If it had been you or me we'd definately had to spend time in jail. That poor teenager.

  • I've been picked up for public intoxication before, and they weren't this nice to me, and I didn't even try to give them any trouble. But the thing is they knew him, they didn't know me. They would probably treat anyone they knew the same way. I have no problem with that. The thing that irritates me is that he didn't have to spend the night in jail like I did. And I wasn't even behind the wheel, I was just walking home.

  • Can anybody find video of this DA prosecuting a DUI?

  • Was there anything other than the odor?

I have heard people like this before ... repeatedly asking the same question ... they could be drunk ... or ... they could have retrograde amnesia ..

  • typical cop crap

  • Yeah, there's a Cop in my town who pressed charges against a boy who was dating his daughter. He can't tell him to just stay away. Nooo.... he has to arrest the kid and charge the kid with Sexual Assault for touching her! Okay, so he kissed her, so yes there was actual body contact. Does that mean he's a Rapist? How much do you want to bet, the next guy his daughter dates, suddenly gets told to stay away, and if he doesn't.... Jail for him too?

  • deah god that was worse than spending 5 hours in hells anoyance chamber JUST SHOOT THE FUCKER and even if he couldnt of shot him he could have at least have been more imaginatite in perswading him to get out ...err yeah i know he didnt respond to "get out the car" 3 seconds ago...i will try again now...derrrr

  • yeah he gets off and i am in the hole for a crap load of money !!! must be fuckin nice

  • What a crock of shit. Anyone else would have gotten tazed, maced or jerked out of the car. American justice. What a joke........

  • @B.A.: 'What a crock of shit. Anyone else would have gotten tazed, maced or jerked out of the car. American justice. What a joke........'

Yeah, unfortunately, it's true in many cases.....

  • americans americans OMG!!!! IS THAT JUSTICE IN USA???

  • I guess it's Justice if the guy you've caught is one of your cop-buddies, and you don't want to be in shit by your boss for arresting an officer who just happens to be one of his best friends!

  • they gave him way too many chances to get out of his car

  • The authorities are always given the easy way out. I have epilepsy and when I had a seizure the cops thought I was on drugs. My Dad said I was shaking and the cops grabbed me and told me to stop resisting. My shaking made one of my arms fly out and bump an officer. To them, that's assault. My Dad tried to help by explaining, but they cuffed him for interfering. My Dad spent the night in jail, I got put on probation for assault, and the police went on with their jobs.

  • Sad, but not surprising. I am sorry you had to endure this misuse of justice. Kinda makes you sick to your stomach when you hear your story and then see a video like this. Nothing surprises me about this country anymore. Take care

  • Thanks for being supportive. Most people think those with disabilities have no real personality worth thinking about. Just because I have a seizure once every month doesn't mean I'm a retard. It's just something I have to learn to live with. Why should it be considered a crime?

  • I am so sorry to hear that. You should get a good lawyer and sue them. They could have caused damage to you person. Anytime someone is seizing even if it is from drugs they need medical treatment. Not being thrwn in jail.

  • My Dad has hired a Lawyer for the case, as he too got heck from the Police. He got fingerprinted and his photo taken and held overnight in Jail. I've also been Photo'd and Fingerprinted, and put on Probation meaning I have to sign in every 2 weeks prior to appearing in court when the Police process the case against me. My Dad's Lawyer is fighting it, but the city Police have the entire Police Force behind them.

  • I know it is frustrating. Keep doing what you have been ordered to do and hopefully an attorney can prove harassment. Good Luck to you and your dad. I hope everything works out.

  • The answer to all four questions is yes. If Bush is caught drunk behind a wheel and still remains in office, this is no surpise--especially coming out of Texas mentality.

  • It should be required that all cops exercise this patience with all subjects resisting, if they do it for members of parlament.

  • All talk , what you just saw is REALITY! that is how we all gonna act on this situation! Yes we all know its wrong! We all are uneasy when a cop is behind us , or our boss is in the same room! Your full of shit if you say otherwise!

  • That is soooo wrong and he was sooo drunk he could hardly walk. He should have taken his punishment like a man.

  • wow, what a pussy cop. what a lil bitch.

    a shame for policemen.

  • you are the pussy. this cop is doing his job. he is very professional. apparently, you aren't brave enough to put on a badge and gun...

  • @talia: i was talking about the fact that the cop was treating the district attorney better than he would treat other people... that's why i said he's a fag.

  • TheCama,

Cops know the DA better than they know their wives. This is a colleague of theirs. Obviously there is going to be an element of familiarity in their conversation.

  • They should have treated him like they would any criminal. This is the good old boy mentality. Just because he is a member of their club does not mean he shouldn't have to do time for his crime. Then he is still serving as a public defender. I hope he didnt seriously hurt the poor teenager he hit and ran on.

  • This is how cops deal with anyone who is very intoxicated. This is not resisting arrest because the officer hasn't yet tried to arrest him. The DA in this county makes 54,000 and drives a late model American made car, I think he hardly meets the title of "rich guy".

  • this is sickening.

i always see american cops being really rough and stuff, and thats how they act wid some rich guy?

    wow

  • them and us.

  • what do ya'll expect? the obviously know it's the DA and not some crook so why would they use excessive force? I swear people don't use logic to understand the situation sometimes.

  • Borger, Texas not only needs a new DA, but a new police force. Pussies, the lot of them. They're probably all Klan members, too. Heh.

  • That's a sad comment you just made. Just because the police officers acted professional, doesn't mean you have to accuse them of something so vile. Grow up.

  • I'm not disputing the fact that they acted professionally, I am just wondering if they would have been as professional with and everyday Joe.

  • I should stop drink my soda,i'm an obese idiot D'oh!

  • u heard when he said he didnt wanna come out so im going to take this as a refusal? i just a video of a women gettin tasered and she was told only 3x "women gets taserd at boynton flordia" check it out she sounded ghetto though.

  • It's called professional courtesy
