Yeah, they can, but unless they are saying them to your face, it is honestly none of your fucking business what their opinion of you is and if they are saying it to your face, tell them it hurts you if it HONESTLY does, otherwise they have no fucking way of knowing. If they don't stop, then THAT can be considered bullying and THEN you can do something about it. (If you lie about their opinion hurting you, then YOU could be considered a bully!!!)
