The song is a mix made for a demo of the Game Creators Dark Basic program. The Lab or something like that. You download the demo off the game creators site and its in the demos files.

Are you using Anet or the Gamestudio multiplayer functions? And: Is this going to be open source or are you planning to sell the game? Would be very interesting to have a look at your code.

that answer is stated at the beginning of the video, its not lag, all multiplayer games are running like that in the background... its just smoothed out for you to see, i removed a setting which removed this smoothing/interpolation
