The problem with a lot of young black men is their priorities are screwed up. I said a lot but not all. Too many young black men listen to their peers and are more interested in being cool than being smart and achieving. I should know I am black and a teacher. I see how many young black boys do not take school seriously and that is damaging. Also, it is the way you dress and carry yourself in how you are perceived as well as your level of education. Get a good education and act with dignity.

The problem with a lot of young black men is their priorities are screwed up. I said a lot but not all. Too many young black men listen to their peers and are more interested in being cool than being smart and achieving. I should know I am black and a teacher. I see how many young black boys do not take school seriously and that is damaging. Also, it is the way you dress and carry yourself in how you are perceived as well as your level of education. Get a good education and act with dignity.

skew the stats as much as you want, but I'm pretty sure you will still end up w/ the FACT that blacks commit more crimes than whites - however I'm not "condemning" them for it. It comes down to socieo-economic status. There are a greater percentage of black people in poor impoverished areas w/ less access to education and as a result they are more likely to commit crimes, End of story.
