How you enchant the neziot helm and what it do?

You need like 45 Summoning and you take it to pikupstix and he'll enchant it, but then you'll need to use a scroll on it for it to turn whiter. Just use 1 Dreadfowl scroll.

You can't upload them in High Quality, you can simply add &fmt=18 to the end of their address, after awhile there will be a High Quality option under Views.
