I just came from San Cristobal and three girlfriends and I went to the museum and Sergio kindly told us about all the beautiful clothing they weave. Afterwards he showed us a presentation on the area and told us about his work in SanCristobal and nearby towns with burn victims and those who have diabetes - a foot problems. He is for real - I hope that those that see this video can visit him, donate to his cause - see his website

I was impressed and moved by your video Years ago, traveling sola in Chiapas by collectivo
etc.I met Sergio in Chamula & accompanied him into the hills where I saw him give medecines and (from a distance) treat a burn victim. I also heard him speak the native language (Tzotzil?)of that mountain village I took LD fotos since he felt I should not come close to the burn victim& later saw the small museum he had in town. He is "for real."
Thank you for your comment. Sergio changed my approach to life, and those of the people I was with. We are trying to raise money in Canada to provide him with a burn "clinic" in San Cristobal. If you are aware of anyone who might wish to contribute....please ask them to contact me.
I saw him when I was in Chiapas and I saw a lot of pictures of his patients. He has a big heart. The guy is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. He spoke in french with us and also in spanish. He was talking about the traditional clothes of Chiapas.

South America has been cooking this way for centuries...what happened?
Your vid seemed to have gotten off the point and lost me or perhaps I have a more serious sleep deficit than realized.

Not sure what you mean, "gotten off the point." Can you explain that a bit?
