i cant believe the judge is saying the code she is citing does not apply in this court WTF is this a private court? its all UCC & admiralty jurisdiction it all applies and all parts R liable to it this judge has made up his mind, a few things should of been done before all of this you should have got the judge to swear in his oath provide the holder of his bond and the amount it is worth. ultimately you would end with this For and on the record this court takes judicial notice of judges oath
I have to agree with 006006 if there is no record of the hearing there is little chance to appeal. This is clearly meant to cover up the mistakes that are certain to snowball in this case.
IF the Court prosecutor or judge does something really WRONG, how the hell can Defense appeal it, if there is NO OFFICIAL court record. this Video is great, but I don't think appeals court would accept it as OFFICIAL record. This was a Kangaroo TRIAL on the face of it. Arresting a WAR veteran , a woman at that, for walking near as "secure" door. What the HELL is wrong with that asshole cop... this veteran went to a WAR zone
this veteran is a war criminal. All servicemen in Iraq and Afghanistan are war criminals. Congress needs to declare war. You US is totally screwed up worse than the Nai regime. You are all war criminals and/or mentally spastic neanderthals.
