To pay off the debt the Tories should promote growth, tax the rich and banks more, close tax loopholes, clamp down on tax fraud by the rich which costs the country a lot more than Benefit fraud. But they're pushing through their sick ideology to hurt the poor, the working class, public sector and the most vulnerable in society. After WW2, Labour had huge debts but created the NHS, the welfare state and rebuilt the shattered country. Rowan Williams is a decent man with a social conscience.
