Found a really good base to stand the Honey Stove on... bought a glass fibre welding pad for a few pounds and works well on grass and so on. Great video!
Burning drift wood is not a very good idea when there's other wood that could be used.
The salt in the wood that is left from the sea water causes dioxines when it's burned. Dioxines are cancerogen and thus bad for your health. I'd use driftwood only when I would be in a survival situation without any other alternative. Nice place foor cooking though!
LOL - firestarting is definitely an art, and not a science. It was never something we took for granted even in a controlled environment of the front room of the crofthouse.

petroleum jelly and cotten. Just bring it. Add flame to the mix and you get a great long lasting flame.
