  • its all about where yourmuscle ties in its genetics some people can never have a crazy peak your bicep ties in not even close to your elbow so your arm will meaure more and have a biggerpeak but someone like me wont have as much peak wont measure as much but can have alot more meat

  • you cant buy this type muscles you must work for them also they will stay with you until you die they are real not fake with protein.

  • i have a good peak on my right arm, but the peak on my left arm isnt that good.... i hope i get there

  • peak is genetic. if it weren't you should be able to fill out the gap between your ellbow and your biceps. but you can't cause it's genetic.

    long muscle belly = full biceps and no good peak

    short muscle belly = good peak but small biceps

  • Hi Lui :) This exercise is the same with the Scott-bench curls? But this one's for the peak, if somebody has a small biceps,he should do some other exercises to grow? Or am I wrong? ( I'm from romania,sorry for my bad english ) :)

  • @zilch1823 it's not flat, he's using a slightly declined angle, maybe more like 155 or 160 degrees. Needless to say these are very hard.

  • Thanks Lui.  Love watching that biceps peak of yours in action. With that long biceps tendon lets see you touch your forearm with your biceps peak and leave a triangle of light inside your elbow. A few times I have had my weight low enough to do this on the left side. Amazing how much higher your biceps peak is at low body weight.

  • @KLVS13CITY that is the difference, you read about them whereas me i try them. and look at my biceps. i did not do concentration curls since 1994

  • MAKE SURE YOU WARM UP WITH LIGHTER WEIGHT BECAUSE ALOT OF BODYBUILDERS BLOW OUT THERE LOWER BICEP TENDON DOING THIS. LOOK IT UP. BE CAREFUL OR YOU WILL HAVE A NICE SURGERY OR A NICE HALF BICEP!!!

  • @steelalx 10 degrees indeed to send the tension as low as possible on the biceps and Make it bigger when the Biceps is fully extended = Bigger

  • The best bicep exercise for the biceps indeed, have been doing it for a few months and have seen some good results so far

  • I don't know if you understood well the way I do the biceps exercise,it is 99% the same like the exercise called "Bent Over Triceps Extension",but I don't work the triceps,I work the biceps by lifting the dumbbell reverse for biceps,not normally for triceps,look a video with this exercise called "Bent Over Triceps Extension" /watch?v=OYmMgABABog&feature=f­vwrel

  • @DDFDriver they are more known as kickbacks. but your saying that u hold the dumbell straight forward and lift your forearm up?? that doesn't sound good, a lot of strain on shoulders aswell.

  • @XowntXihqX yes when I do this exercise in this way of mine it looks like lifting a bag full of food from the market and I want to put it on the table :-) this is the movement,I can call this way of doing this exercise "kickbacks for biceps",many times when people go to journeys they lift a lot of times their bags in this manner,but the point is that the weight must be lifted up to chest,to use the biceps,not the back,and is not a good idea to stay straight like a wood,is better to be flexed

  • this exercise for me it doesn't work,about this exercise I told you in the comments from the last video,I must work these exercise in the reverse way,I must lift the dumbbell from the ground,in these way I izolate my bicep of forearm,I explained again why this exercise is not good for me in this manner

  • This range of motion is horrible, maybe on a cable it would be better because you can get a further ROM...Using the dumbbell. you are stopping at 90degrees. Also you dont have the "Best" Genetic Biceps, They are short, but of coarse, you look great.

  • That is great but Biceps isn't everything in bodybuilding. The peak in biceps is mainly genetics Period.

    Can we see some legs and perhaps some leg workouts?

Period! ,,, That Genetic Thing is just a Theory, me i Go by Practical Results Bro. i don't believe the Nonsense that the So called pros say to justify their weaknesses

  • @luimarco yes it wasn't that bad it was ok after a few minutes, but I ended the workout early.

    i have to remember to relax my neck while doing this and not to turn my head to all kind of directions. my body was probably trying to use my neck muscles to help pull my arm lol.

    it's also a good idea to warm up and strech the neck as well

  • i thought the peak was just genetics, depending on how high the bicep is connected to your arm? me and a friend do the same routine, one of us has a peak, one has a longer thicker bicep

  • @justaRandomhero There may be something to that. I broke my left humerus near the shoulder in an accident years ago,before I started weight training and my left bicep peaks quite a bit higher than my right.
