  • PROPHETS/PROPHECIES IS NOT A JEWISH BELIEF

  • @thone2008 Then you are really talking about Gentiles. True Jews know about prophecy and that it is a sign that God's Word is His and He alone fulfills it. You are dead spiritually. You are a lost gentile. The true Jews have the faith that Abraham had. In what? in God's promises.

  • I so love the way this man read. Thank you for posting!

  • Glorious is to Christ JESUS!! Wonderful and amazing He Is.. Beautiful God...

  • 777

  • Emmanuel means God With US

    Jesus was God with us.

    it's too simple

  • @muktuklou My name is Daniel, which means "G-d is Judge". Does that make me G-d as judge? I take a rather unorthodox Messanic Jew interpretation of the Tanakh and the Brit Hadassah. While Yeshua could have been a special being of some sort created by Hashem, the former of which was with Him before the creation of the world, the latter still stated very, very clearly in the Shema and by the prophet Isaiah that He is One. I am not trying to call the Apostle John a liar or anything mind you.

  • @masterforce0 Jesus being God is throughout the Bible.

    John 1

    Rev 1

'I and the father are one'

when the apostles asked to see the Father and Jesus replied, ' I have been with you all this time',' anyone who has seen me has seen the Father'

    paraphrases

  • @muktuklou And you don't think that may be in error? The Tanakh is very, very specific that G-d is one. Different Gospels have said many different things about the identity of Jesus and the Catholic Church leaders decided to use the Trinity doctrine as their foundation as opposed to many others including one of pure monotheism. Given that, they selected Gospels which either directly helped (such as that of John) and some that didn't really (like the others).

  • @masterforce0 I have learned to separate God's word from man's teachings. Including the Catholic doctrine.

The trinity doctrine is in the Old testament and throughout the Bible.

The gospels do not differ in their witness of Jesus.

The original scriptures are not subject to errors. However, Man's translations and interpretations are.

The simple fact of the the 100% accuracy of the fulfilled prophesies are evidence alone that the Bible Is the Word of God.

  • @muktuklou You say that the original scriptures are not subject to errors. Have you seen and read these original scriptures? You don't think for a second that the Trinity could be "man's teachings" as well? Where again does the Tanakh mention that G-d is three? You seem so sure that everyone else is wrong, but the possibility that you may be in error never enters your mind? Honestly?

  • @masterforce0 1- I have done word searches on the original word.

2-God the Father and God the Son (showing that Jesus IS God)

    - Isaiah 9: 6 For to us a child is born, to us a SON is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting FATHER, Prince of Peace.

Holy Spirit- Isaiah 63: 10 Yet they rebelled and grieved his Holy Spirit.

Yes I can be wrong- But God's word is never wrong.

  • @muktuklou 1-I have read the Tanakh and the New Testament as a whole.

2-Again, the Trinity was chosen to be the orthodox doctrine by the early Catholic Church, which many mainstream Protestants have retained. The word for "Mighty" used there is actually indicative of a hero. A name does not make someone G-d. Again, my name is "G-d is my Judge" and I am not divine, I think.

3-God's word is never wrong? Like the time Joshua told the sun and moon to stand still?

  • @masterforce0 Matthew 3: 16As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on him. 17And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased."

This unique verse shows the Father, Son and Holy Spirit at the same time.

The Trinity shows the three personages of God.

Although God was in the Burning Bush, Christ was the rock that brought forth Water

  • @masterforce0 It also says Jesus fills the universe; I do not think that we humans can put God in a box; He is beyond full understanding.

Still, the three main personages of God, Father, son and Holy Spirit, are put in the Scriptures to show us our relationship with God.

    The Parental Father,

The Brother and humble servant Jesus

and the omnipresent and All-powerful presence of the Holy Spirit of God.

This is my understanding of the trinity.

each have their place in our pilgramage.

  • @masterforce0 The Bible is the inerrant word of God if not it is dead There are no mistakes in it there are no incorrect translations...there are not many different ways to interpret the Bible..it is clear, straight forward and without error. You can choose to believe its message or you can be lost...there is no in between. there is no compromise

  • First of All God is not man and never will be.

    Jesus is not God.

New Testment is a false document

  • Amazing. The Prophet Isaiah speaking as though, it has already happened this would not take place until 700 years later. Jesus is the Truth.

  • I think one should note that God is, in Jesus, having Him suffer not only the sins of the whole world, but suffer the sufferings of the Jews, mirrored, only Him WITHOUT SIN... So it would make enough sense to say that the scripture could be pointing to BOTH at the same time! It started with Abraham willingly going to sacrifice his son, but God took it upon Himself to do just that for us, because He loves us

Jesus to the Jews, the Jews to the nations

now Jesus-believing Jews to the nations!

  • You see many gentile Christians make this mistake salvation is from the Jews..see it's not what you say or any other person says.God says this in Zechariah 8:23 that the ten men of every nation will grasp the skirt of a Jew it doesn't say a gentile believer in the messiah...it says ten men of every nation will grasp the skirt of the Jew and say let us go with you for we know God is with u

  • Nice write Israel

  • well the prophesy is clearly talking about a person..and that person is H.I.M. Emperor Haile Selassie I

  • This prophesy is of Israel not Jesus.

    Jesus had no children!

    This servant has children

  • Does God have children? ALSO, children can be begotten by spiritual means. Take the book of Ruth for example. Ruth claimed her husband's mother as her own. ALSO, in the world of the New Covenant, children can be begotten via spiritual means. By word of mouth, telling of the prophecies being fulfilled, showing how one may escape damnation and cursings and enter into the blessings of God. The Apostle Paul said he had "begotten" children by the preaching of the gospel.

  • First you have to read Isaiah 53 and see who is speaking its the Gentile Kings.Jesus always reffered to his followers as his brothers never children. Jesus also said call no one on earth your father but the apostle Pauls tells his followers he is their father.

54:10 says he shall see his offsping and God will prolong his days. Jesus died young and arose..this servant is old.53:5 by his stripes we are healed. I thought it was by the blood of Jesus you are healed. This is not speaking Jesus

  • According to Isaiah 29:10-11, the Jewish nation has been blinded by God to understand the message of Isaiah. Israel is not the Servant of the Lord. Israel has sinned against God and has been blinded by her sins.

  • First of all evo you have to read the bible and know the history! I said Israel not the Jewish nation. The Jewish nation was Judea sons of Judah. The Israelites or the lost 10 tribes are still lost today

and God laid the curses on Ephraim and Judah he did not hurt them and allowed them to remain.

  • Who is isaiah 29:10,11 addressing? Who are those who cannot understand the message of the scroll. The Gospel teaches it is the Jewish leaders who have been blinded by God.

  • First of all I like to say this. I believe that Jesus is the messiah. You need to read the scroll and there are many Christian scholars who says that the servant is not Jesus. Who is speaking? Isaiah 52:15 The gentile kings are speaking.

Jesus never spoke to kings and they shut their mouths at him. name one place in scripture where Jesus spoke to a King or any ruler of the Judea and the King shut his mouth. He never met Caesar.nor any kings of nations.

  • Gentile kings are not the ones speaking in Isaiah 52:15. The verse refers to gentile kings who will hear the message of the Gospel and will be astounded and left speechless.

  • Now Isaiah 29:10 yes it is addressing the teachers of the land of Judah (Jews)

now Isaiah 42:19 says Who is Blind but my Servant or as deaf as my messenger whom I send. Now the servant hear is Israel. Jesus wasn't blind or deaf. Isaiah 53:11 by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many...Jesus's blood Justify not his knowledge

    Rev. 1:5

  • We are justified by faith in Jesus' knowledge. By following Jesus' teachings, we come to know Jesus who is the Truth, and by knowing the Truth, we will be set free.

  • We can go on and on why it is Jesus and I can go on showing how it isnt jesus..

JEsus is the Son of God and the Messiah..That's the main thing!

  • Jesus said, He came to fullfill what was writen about Him in the Law and Prophets. The Prophets includes the Book of Isaiah.

  • Jesus never said he came to fullfill every prophesy in the prophets.. He never said all the prophesies in the book of Isaiah was him.

  • Then what prophecies in the book of Isaiah refer to Jesus, if not chapters 52 and 53? The Holy Spirit has guided the Church to see Christ fulffiled in these prophecies.

  • Jesus did not have a sickness or a disease

He healed the sick..Jesus did not have any children that he enjoyed..

  • You must understand that prophecies are not always to be understood in the literal. Has the lion lain down with the lamb?

  • Isaiah 61:1-beginning of verse 2..

    Isaiah 42:1-3

Isaiah 49:10 He will lead them to the springs of water. Isaiah 52 is speaking of a messenger of good news...the end of Isaiah 52 is speaking the servant Israel and so 53 not Jesus..

Jesus himself said salvation is from the "Jews" This servant is Israel

  • Isaiah 49:10 "He will lead them to springs of water." Then you do believe in the spritual sense of scripture. Your insistence on the literal in 52 and 53 is leading you astray.

  • I have not gone astray at all. Israel as whole never fails I dont know where u got that idea! You the some who seem to be gone astray with that idea. God will always keep him a remnant.

  • Even the remnant is not without sin. The devout Jews themselves had a hard time understanding the teachings of Christ and the prophecies in the Jewish scriptures. Nicodemus, a devout Jew and Torah scholar could not understand being born again. The two disciples on the road to Emmaus did not understand the prophecies in the Bible and needed Jesus to explain it to them .

  • I never said Jesus didnt come to explain scripture..He is the Word of God in the whole bible. What does that have to do with salvation is from the Jews!

    Shalom I'm done with this.

    Peace in Yeshua

  • Salvation comes through the Jewish Messiah.

  • Salvation is from the Jews. Israel failed in being a faithful servant of the Lord. It was left to Jesus, the faithful Israelite and Servant of the Lord to fulfill Isaiah 52 and 53.

  • Who is the servant in Isaiah 49:3

    "Israel" 49

  • Clearly you are not blessed to understand scripture. The word nation means heathen, A Jew or Israelites will not grab a hold to their own shirt bird brain salvation is only for israel until the nations be punished . show us in the scriptures where its says you will be saved?

  • God speaks of the heathens through His prophet, Hosea in the Book of Hosea, chapter 2, verse 23, "I will say to those called, not my people, You are my people, and they will say to Me, You are my God."

  • I will say you are party correct the nation will be saved through israel after 1000 years of slavery Hosea 6:2] After two days will he revive us:( after 200 yrs he will put Israel back in power) in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

  • Most of you read that and assume that Yahawah is speaking of 48 hours but a day with him is as 1000 years

2nd Peters 3:8] But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

  • On the 3rd day he will raise us up( we shall rule the nation for 1000 years

  • that was not meant for you but tlthe5th sorry

  • @newtubber77

    Hmm diciples.

Can you put Israel in a rich man's grave? I Israel sinless?

  • @hat655

Israel is God's servant. Isaiah 42 43 49 tells u plainly who God's suffering servant is. ISaiah 53 never speaks of the servant buried in a rich mans grave. Isaiah 53:9

they buried him, with the wicked!

  • @newtubber77

Actually the Hebrew translation, remember the english Bible was translated from Latin.

Says he was buried in a rich man's grave.

  • @newtubber77 funny,

    Jesus is God (John 1)

    Humanity is God's Children

Who else is this talking about?

----it could only be talking about Jesus Christ

  • @muktuklou First of All God is not man and never will be.

    Jesus is not God.

New Testment is a false document

  • Who is the narrator? I like this guy's voice and would like to find the CDs that this is taken from.

  • this is Alexander Scourby narrating.

  • I was just thinking, how many of us are still like the Judas's, and like the others who turned their faces from Jesus while he was suffering for our transgressions. How many of us are EQUIPED to stand against these same rulers today? I pray that we all remember this chapter when we need to stand up for HIM.

  • oh I listen to these tapes every day especially job

  • my beautiful Saviour...

  • To be confronted with the consequences of our iniquities and sins in the Sacrifice of Yahoshua Messiah, as He was stricken, beaten and bruised and with a blood covered body hanging on a cross. Is for our unconverted nature, too hard to bear. Yet at the same time, most necessary in order to be changed, through that same Sacrifice and by the means of sanctification. Thank you for this reality check. Bless

  • th most powerfull chapter in the whole of Scripture,

for God so loved the World....

  • Ah the prophecies of the messiah, Jesus Christ.
