umm i have a ofw of 4.05 do you know can i still make ny psp pandora?? And my psp its the latest psp 2000well slim can that be a problem for making a psp hacked or pandora??

When you got your PSP new, did it have ofw 4.05?

If it did, your PSP may be pandora proof. I'm not completely sure but a PSP 2000 with ofw 4.01 and 4.05 out of the box = motherboard TA-088v3 which is pandora proof ATM. You should check with others, more into PSP cuz I've been "outside" the "PSPWorld" for quite sometime now.

hey dude can you tell me how to get my ofw 4.01 to 3.90 cfw is it the same? Also why do people want a higher cfw version (some people want cfw 3.90 to cfw 4.01)

All you need is a pandoras battery and some files on a memory stick. People likes newer versions because there are more features, e.g. skype, psn etc. Plus there are new games than onky supports newer versions such as 5.00 M33-4

i wish you can answer my question asap.. i have OFW 3.90 fat psp.. pandora battery and 8gb mms.. my problem is, when i put the mms and the pandora battery into my psp.. it automatically powers up but the screen stays black and nothing happened.. no prompting... just black screen (like an off psp) i dont know whats the problem... ive seen many videos with fat OFW 3.90 and they do just fine.. please tell me whats the problem and how to make CFW..

OK, that tells you that you don't have the correct files on your mms.

I didn't have the original Sony battery so to go out and buy a new one and then make that into a pandora compared to just go out and buy a Tool Battery for less money sounded quite stupid.

i HAVE 4.01 M33 BUT I STILL DONT KNOW WHICH VERSIONS ARE BTTER so is 3.90 m33-3 better or 4.01

Hey,

3.90 M33 does have alot more themes and such and the same thing with homebrew. 4.01 actually also have alot of theme and homebrew compatibility but not in that range. 4.01 does have the new Google Search which I believe is really nice.

I think both of these firmwares are great and stable but I like to be in top of the chart so I use 4.01 M33-3.

i have version 3.90....how do i get custom firmware higher than that normal version....i tryed getting custom 4.01 it didnt work

You have to downgrade your PSP with Pandora.

I think i no how to make a magic memory stick but i dont understand how u downgrade it from 3.90 ofw to 3.90m33. i thought you had to downgrade it to 1.50 and then upgrade it again? lol

To simplify the whole thing is that there are different versions of Magic Mem Stick. I'm using the latest version which downgrades directly to 3.90 M33-3, the version is called DC5.

What do you mean if you need CFW in the 1st place? When you're downgrading you have the option to downgrade to either OFW 3.90 or CFW 3.90 M33-3.
