  • Guruji by learning the art of kriya yoga is it possible to heal other people with the power of the mind??

  • @shashio121 "Churn the milk and the butter appears. Rub the wood and the fire appears. Breathe the man and God appears." Get Kriya and awaken the god within you first, then you can think about awakening God in others. It is not in the mind but in the "no-mind".

  • Somethings out of everything is an understanding (thought). Some understandings have a physical expression or partially physical. Some do not have a physical expression. Physical expression because sensed by 5 senses. The non physical is by other senses. One of these other senses is feeling, non tangible aspect.

What is beyond all these, please let us know.

  • Is there a way to learn Kriya Yoga without taking lessons for the next 3 years through Self Realization Fellowship or by getting inducted by a master personally?? Is there a book or video that teaches this type of yoga or is it only possible to learn kriya yoga via personal master?

  • @Hovend111ck The Nath Sampraday is strict in following tradition protocols in terms of teaching the technique. It must be given personally from either the Guru to disciple or from the teacher to student. You can go to the main website to see if there is a teacher near you to get you started: hamsa-yoga(dot)org/teachers

  • Thank you so much, Masters of India, for speading your wisdom throughout the world. Soon we will all live in an enlightened world, much thanks to you guys! Namaste

  • I am so much inspired by Swamiji,s teachings and I am a worshiper of Shiva. But after all I am in my heart so deeply attached to the Lord Vishu. I am trying to follow instructions that come out from Shiva Sutras and to come close to my center. But I become heavily depressed and nothing makes sense to me without my beloved Shree Ram, Krishna in his human form. Even if I wanted I cannot function without Krishna. I wounder how could I combine these two practices? Jai Shree Ram

  • Babaji, every time I breath through my spine, it whistles. What ever shall I do? Also, my chakras seem to need rewiring, they keep blinking. Are they wired in sequence or parallel? Also, I am experiencing bad breaths. Is it too much garlic? I also have bad knees and not much brains, making hatha and jnana slow processes.

    Namaskara.

  • @Tamoharadasa Your spine is Krishna's flute so it seems almost natural that it would whistle;-)

  • @HamsaYogi Much love, obeisances, Maharajah. you have a good sense of my poor humor , thank you. Hare Krishna ! lol.

  • Great video!

  • hey hamsa i subscribed to your page today I've been really on a spiritual path and I've been in need of guidance. lately i've been studying and reading books like where are you going? by swami muktananda, the autobiography yogi the bible (reading matthew so I can live by jesus's lessons) and the teachings of sri satya sai baba. I guess what I'm trying say is I don't have a guru at the moment, but I look to the ppl I read about as my guru's

  • Namaste Swamiji thanks for sharing your knowledge. You're truly the highest of the most high. Thanks

  • Great video Swamiji!!! It cured many of our concepts. My guru has taught; when u get a real self realised guru(like Mahawtar BABAJI,Yogannada, Yukteshwar ..) and u surrender u'rself to him fully and truelly.,then all kinds of Yoga start automatically. U need not to bother for food and shelter , by Guru's grace u get all. The key of enlightenment is Gurubhaktiyoga ,Its a Yoga of all YOgas.

  • A very real down to earth wise Guruji and Enlightened master.

  • speak very wise words

  • He is talking about negative karma. What about positive karma.Shouldnt they be removed as well.If karma is action, can we be without performing karma. How i like what he says about the'I'...And what is this 'i' nothing but sound.Among the sound the first sound is aum and from this aum ermerged the 'i'.This 'i' is the real doer not the mind.

  • @givenraj Both positive and negative karma are still karma. When you see life in its bare form (the way it is)do things as needed consciously and not driven by tendencies then you don't accumulate karmic substance which is recorded in the subtle you(etheric body) and has very deep connection with one's spine. If you driven by tendencies good/bad then you are in karma.Anyways intellectually knowing these things will not liberate you, you need experience which comes by sadhana(practice).

  • I knew it! He is God!

  • my mind never stops, the more quite i am my more my mind screems at me,it's like a spoiled child who wants my attention.

  • @LOSTPRATT63 live in the moment by being aware of what you are doing at that moment.

Example, drinking water - feel the glass in your hand, the temperature, smooth or patterned glass? Feel the muscles in your arm as your raise the glass to your mouth etc.

You can do this in every aspect of your life. It will take some time to habituate, persist and the rewards will be obvious eventually.

Thoughts come and thoughts go. Let them come let them go pay little attention to thought itself.

  • @LOSTPRATT63 I can sympathize with your dilemma. When meditating, it a common mistake to focus your attention on stopping your thoughts. This practice leads to even more flow of thoughts. Now instead of this practice, try thinking of the present moment. Think of the small physical and sensual details of your present surroundings. As your body touches the surface of the ground, the clothes -- begin to feel the shirt you are wearing, begin to feel the temperature of your room...

  • my mind never stop, the more quite i am my more my mind screems at me,it's like a spoiled child who wants my attention.

  • This might be a dumb question, but if this technique really burns away negative karma, is that cheating? I've been reading about near death experiences, and people who die claim that they encounter a white light that conducts a sort of life review in which all their past deeds are analyzed. But if you really "erase the DVD" such as you claim to be the result of this technique, would you go before the white light with no life review to speak of? What would the light say if you erased your tape?

  • @CheesePuff1154 You'd be lucky to erase all of your karma in one lifetime, if that was your issue. But that's not how it works. By doing Kriya you don't just delete your negative karma. You change or transform your negative karma into Divine consciousness. With an increase of this spiritual awareness; your death will be very different. You will have better karma; in that you've become more divine. So its not like "They" won't be able to find your file;-) You will simply enhance your status.

  • @CheesePuff1154 very very good burning question. I tinker with such seeds of wisdom every day. continue to read Biogrophy Of A Yogi - Paramahansa Yogonanda - and the teaching appear in story. you melt your way through life in truth every time you sit and truly absorb the blessed mans words. (they become more than words they become him, thus you) learn what has already been solved by the deathless masters, we now, will not ever re-invent the truth, only encourage it.

    much love

    Luke

  • @CheesePuff1154

There is no technique to burn the Karma. One has to suffer his karma. Vivekananda's guru shri Ramkrisna Paramhansa was a self realised godlike person but he suffered cancer coz of his karma.

  • @deepeshpakhare Incorrect. RamaKrisna was burning the karma of others on His own physical body. Kundalini Kriya Yog pranayam is the specific technique that Babaji gave to Lahiri Mahasay in 1861 to burn karma. Read the Patanjali Sutras.

  • @HamsaYogi

isn't it basically metamorphosis from karmic burden into energetic projection of chakral body? I can do this in certain altered states but I couldn't sustain it normally... can't focus like that but I think it is One being of illuminated knowledge like an emotional dissociation of perception

  • @mtape1234 You can either workout your karma in action within the material world which can take thousands of lifetimes, or you can remove the karma stored in your chakras via Kryia Yog pranayam. The three main pillars of the technique are Omkar kriya, Shivashakti kriya and Mahamudra. There are more mudras and higher kriyas as well, but get the basics first and all of your efforts will be sustained. No kriya is ever wasted. So get Mahavatar ShivGoraksha Babaji's technique.

    3~HY

  • @HamsaYogi .

I am sorry, i did a great mistake. I was different before two months, now i unbderstand i was wrong.

Have u heard of Asaramji bapu? I guess he is the only self realised saint in India(except the yogis in himalayas; including BABAJI). Well i do chanting of Gurumantra, I am also going to take the Kundalini YOga diksha next year. I want to ask u ; whats the difference between kriyayoga and Kundalini YOga?

  • @deepeshpakhare Kundalini Kriya Yog is very specifically different from the many techniques referred to as kundalini yoga. The technique that Mahavatar Babaji gave to Lahiri Mahasay in 1861 is Kriya Yog. That is the technique that you want. It is the 3rd step in Patanjali's Eightfold Path, namely Pranayam, which leads the practitioner to spiritual liberation and enlightenment.

  • @CheesePuff1154 ..dont worry of all that just be with yourself...all will be fine...there is no secret greater then this.

  • @CheesePuff1154 u can't get any thing in a over night, it may takes some years and practice to do this.....

  • the way he says spinal canal made me chuckle

  • I wonder why people ask a question about a path with which their mind is already decided? And then, of course, I do the exact same thing. I guess when the sprout is ready, the seed husk falls away of its own. Thnk you for posting YogiRaj, sorry I missed your visit to Los Angeles

    OM Nama Shivaya

  • i'm sure this dude is happy.

  • i qualified rebirther (Leonard Orr) - only now studying other pranayam to grow as yogi - i am very enthused by these videos..! if you are interested in the darshan of Mahavatar Herakhan/Haidakhan Babaji they are YouTube too - they cause hearts to explode and mend, and trigger understanding of all yogas. Aum Namaha Shivaya - Bhole Baba Ki Je - Je Maha Maya Ki Je - ALWAYS KEEP HEART OPEN ALWAYS. a.n.s

  • A feeling akin to ecstasy watching this :Ommmmlolmmmmm.

  • dear sir

i had epidural during one of the birth's of my child and since its injection into the spinal cord can the kundalini energy be still awakened by kriya yoga or am i never able to ever get that.

    thanks

  • @starbucksAce Yes, it is not a problem. Om Nama Shivay

    3~HY

  • @HamsaYogi Of course it can because the path it travels through in the spine (called shushumna) isn't really in the physical body--it's in the subtle body. And you definitely have one so don't worry about it at all.

  • Wow,its zeus incarnated as yogiRAJ.

The only thing missing is its lightning.

  • @Ult1mateUltron

    Haha.

  • Here is a guru I respect

  • cool guy

  • @HamsaYogi i have an question for you. what do you think about the left hand path, en ahrimanic yoga (left hand path yoga)? Becoming like the adversary (samael, satan, lucifer, ahriman) to free yourself from the natural order of reincarnation, and become like god? be an individual being?

  • @tomek92pl Well the extreme Shaivites or Kapalikas, have a similar approach which attempts to destroy all conditions and mental reference points or norms of any kind, in order to break the bonds of maya. But I personally agree with the Buddha. That the middle way, between the two extremes, is the best. There must be a way to disengage from samsara, a viable and powerful technique like kriya yog. IMHO, extremism doesn't seem to be as effective in eradicating one's karma.

  • @HamsaYogi if you manage to free your self from th natural order of reincarnation i dont think you should care about karma then, and the path i was talking about, its not on one side or the other, its both, its balancing both the light and the darkness. but you are right at many points anyway

  • @tomek92pl In order to free oneself from the cycle of reincarnation, karma must be erased from the chakras, in order for the kundalini to rise and open the sahasrara. So there's no way "to manage to free yourself from the natural order of reincarnation" unless you deal with karma first. You can't put the cart before the horse.

    3~HY

  • In the end ...he says "Sadhana" is the practice of spiritual growth. Juxtapose it with Concentration is the practice of spiritual growth. Then, what is Dhyan?

  • @pmvura01 Sadhanna is all spiritual practice in general. All the Eight steps on Patanjali's Path are considered parts of one's sadhanna.

    3~HY

  • He looks like Socrates.

  • we love maha avatar babaji.. his love and guidance is with us! take one step towards him and he'll come closer to you!

  • This video was made on my BIRTHDAY.. : )

  • The word praan/a is etymologically THE SAME as the English word breath, and the Latin word spiritus.

  • Gran Maestro Babaji, gracias.

  • The breath is most important,

  • Namaste. Yogiraj, is it true that practicing reiki or getting attuned to heal can throw one off balance if they have there kundalini awakened?

Thank you for your samadhi wisdom.

    OM

  • how can we learn the kriya yoga?

  • Find a teacher to give it to you, or a master to empower you. Such as Yogiraj.

  • Go to HamsaYogi's homepage and there is a link that takes you to Yogiraj Siddhanath Gurunath's tour schedule, then find a way to go to one of his Kriya initiation events

  • Selfrealization fellowship offers distant learning. But you have to do the practices for about a year before you can be initiated in kriya yoga. Paramhansa yogananda was a great teacher i think you could benefit

  • I feel like my karma is being cleared moment by moment. If I judge, I am judged, if I am compassion, I recieve compassion. Still good to meditate tho :)

  • sarebbe opportuno che ci siano i sottotitoli in italiano

  • now the search for truth leads you to this..

  • Yes, 11 is an auspicious number. Do a little research yourself and you will see...concentrate and then meditation will show you why. Hint: Chapter 11 in Bhagavat Gita is when Sri KRSNA reveals Divine Form - Epiphany. Om shanti...

  • for all who are curious:

read the bood "Autobiography of a Yogi" and you will find what the explanations you are seeking

this is the most amazing auto-biography i've ever read, by the way

  • karma is an old belief by Buddhist. Darma is duty and karma is reward for actions

  • My understanding is that Dharma is the teachings that lead to enlightenment. The methods used and practice of good actions and correct motivation.

I think Karma roughly translates to action. But more accurately in our language describes cause and effect. Positive actions lead to positive results, negative actions lead to negative results.

  • isnt karma related with the DOER ?..the moment DOER vanishes and only watcher remains, karma vanishes.

  • Ha ha ha. Please let me touch the feet of this great being who has transcended all relativity. Nivana Moksha is yours! Good one. By the way, please do tell us mortals what lies beyond the "rings-pass-not", and why the great beings of the Himalayas are meditating 23 hours a day life after life.

  • let me touch ur feet

  • "The damn problem is that it is a DVD!" - Ha ha ha ha... I like it, nice that your not that serious, laugh is the way of the heart...

    : )

  • Greetings. The concept of Karma is an illusion and judgment of the mind. Existence is whats chosen. In the moment that you find yourself in, what do you chose?. You will not pay for choices made in the perceived past. Only have limitless opportunites for choice. Free will and free choice simply is. Choice is that which creates. Past, present and future is simply a perspective.

  • Great advice, you are so generous.

  • Reminds me a lot of my old teacher.

  • selfless service to others can burn karma

  • thanks for the advice, thank you.

  • meditation dose work

  • 'Sadhana' (self study) is the only answer to dissolving karma, and it is such a vast topic. Each being has their own sadhana to be learnt from a guru. Tapasya (penance) is different for different souls. We are all one, yet we are on our own journey.

  • I think there is no such thing as karma, it's the other side of the christian original sin. Sure, there a collective humanity karma that makes us conditionnate by a lot of things, and, our personnal karma is influenced by the collective karma, but not the opposite. Juste my opinion, and thanks a lot for the video. :)

  • mm but all the parts make the whole. The collective karma of humanity does not cancel out individual free will...It's dynamic, two poles interacting.Cause and effect

  • hahahhaa

  • quiet interesting.Definetly breath is linked with human spiritual evolution only if thy know how to tap this energy.

  • 'AAAAUUUMM' is the universal, energy balancing resonance permeating everything. Cleanses the body and mind. Think about shaking a cage covered in tar and bird feathers, as you shake it the tar loosesn and releases the feathers allowing light to permeated the cage. All mantras work because of the physical resonance they create... what the mantra translates as isnt all important. Any spoken word can be a mantra, explore the cavities speech creates in your body. AUM massages from the belly up.

  • obviously you don't know what Kriya Yoga is! it has almost nothing to do with asanas. it is the very Sadhana of which you speak! ;)

listen to what he's talking about. it's nothing to do with asana.

  • Simple if action (karma) is not talked about :)

  • Do you believe in cause and effect? Because that's all karma is. Watch the results of your actions. Simple.

  • Karma to me is a defined as action. Good and bad are polarities, one and the same. Good cannot survive without bad, yet this is only true in definition, in action something completely different is born. Talking of karma is talking of action, like I am doing now, yet were is the noble actions I am living. :(

  • Karma IS action. All you can do is create the CAUSES and CONDITIONS for happiness. You can take action in 3 ways... body, speech and mind. If you are unhappy be mindful of your physical, verbal and mental activity. Simple...yet not so simple.

  • dont simpathy in india as a indian if you can try to do meditaion you can realiase that its power

  • when i try to meditate concentrating i say Om but i cry out emotional happiness why?

  • good information but as he said concentration is required for meditation how can be concentration be attained in ever thoughtful mind ?

  • i never expected him to tell jokes and make me laugh. (also great information and knowledge)

    funny guy , funny guy................

  • All of you who argue absolute truth with one another and spread your condescending negativity are only proving you need to listen more to this man.

  • Thank you very much for such a beautiful light..I love it when I visit your beautiful garden.

  • great work dude!!!

  • Hare Krishna, Hare Rama, Hare Hare :)

  • Reality is relative like your nature: it fluctuates with the whim of your desire. Truth, the constant verity, is the only destination worth pursuing. Ignorance is a cult which has many members but humanity which is my religion, includes everyone. May the Divine guide your steps upon your way. Namaste.

  • I don't smoke but I do burn......the karma from my chakras by using the ancient, alchemical, transformational technique of Kriya Yog. Namaste.

  • A Spiritual Master is far beyond the narrow perameters of material references in terms of achievement and has finished with physical karma as well as astral and causal. Patanjali's Eightfold Path describes essentially what we must all go thru to attain Spiritual Mastery thru self mastery. Mahavatar Babaji is the manifestation of Shiva on Earth which is far beyond any concept of incarnation in general.

  • Jesus and Buddha are bearers of the Truth;

and everyone has a potential to achieve their state of consciousness.

  • Every one is genius.

The Truth is one One, because there is only Truth.

  • there is some serious vibration coming from the first two minutes of this video! you just tune in a little and it's there.

  • Thank you, please keep sending those rare videos!

  • where is Kriya Yoga ? how you do it ?

  • see hamsa-yoga(dot)org for more info ~hy

  • @HamsaYogi

Can you please suggest a book for Kriya Yoga?

    Thanks

  • @HamsaYogi

Can you please suggest a book for Kriya Yoga?

    Thanks

  • @amitp2 "Wings To Freedom" by Yogiraj and "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Yogananda. But if you're looking for the sacred technique being available in a book, you won't find it that way. You must be initiated and empowered by a Master for the technique to be ignited within you. The technique is passed traditionally from Master to chela or from teacher to student.

    3~HY

  • @HamsaYogi indeed well said. sat nam.

  • Thank you continuing broadcasting and expounding of Kriya yoga

  • Truly one of the greatest of spiritual masters who has ever blessed the earth with His presence.
