Keith Urban is the HOTTEST country singer ever. This is one of my favorite songs by him. And...for the record, he was performing at the Grand Ol' Opry. His performance is going to not be as energetic because The Grand Ol' Opry isn't like that. Now...if it had been at an Arena, or something like that...the crowd and the performers would have been WAY more energetic.
i dont think the opry is meant for wild shows and energetic members. its meant for good quality music. there has been exceptions in the past. but i think the primary goal for the opry, is nice and clear music.

Because Kenny keeps coming out with something new and catchy every year but Keith has had one sound all his life and never really changed as music changed. Just for the record Keith's guitar is normally a lot more distorted than this and its not here because of the Opry performance.

It was a 3 man show.

Keith Urban is the HOTTEST country singer ever. This is one of my favorite songs by him. And...for the record, he was performing at the Grand Ol' Opry. His performance is going to not be as energetic because The Grand Ol' Opry isn't like that. Now...if it had been at an Arena, or something like that...the crowd and the performers would have been WAY more energetic.

i dont think the opry is meant for wild shows and energetic members. its meant for good quality music. there has been exceptions in the past. but i think the primary goal for the opry, is nice and clear music.

The sound is absolutely dreadful... don't you think the "Opry" could do better with Keith's guitar? All you can really hear is Jerry... you can barely even hear Keith or Chirs.

Because Kenny keeps coming out with something new and catchy every year but Keith has had one sound all his life and never really changed as music changed. No offense I really think Keith is an excellent performer and his music video for this song completely owns but he has always been plain Keith and Kenny is just changing to gain his fans and Kenny is an excellent performer as well.

I wouldn't go so far as to say Kenny has something new and changes his music every year. Through the last few years he's had the same Mexican/Carribean feel to his songs/videos.

Yes keith turned down the guitar i stated this earlier on my other account guitarwizard84 this isnt the orginal tele keith used on the track it doesnt have the 2 pickups missing and the spongebob sticker!

WhitetailWillie: Yeah--he used that Tele (or one that looked very similar to it) on his first live DVD for "You Look Good in My Shirt." I still don't know why he had to go and make a more of a rock version of what was a good country song (by today's standards).
