So yes, I was wrong about Link being born in the forest; but the mother was injured by entering the forest for the reason I just stated above.

It is, however; my personal belief that Link's mother was injured by the same force that protected the Kokiri Forest. You could be right though. But thats what Nintendo was all about, imagination. Do you mean Majora's Mask the manga or the game? The manga for Majora's Mask fealt a little rushed, but I liked their ending and opening. Also, Ocarina of Time's Backstory makes sense as well. There was a war which pretty much set things up.

@M3town3 Link's father we can assume was a Hylian Knight who died in combat sense only Link's mother carried him to the forest. His mother was likely a handmaiden or citizen of Hyrule Castle Town. Either way she must've been on the batlefield in order to see her husband die and know to take her son away into safety. BTW in the manga she resembles a grown adult Zelda.

But oot and tp different Links. phantom hourgalss and sprit tracks different links.

Tp is supposed to be after oot. Not a sequel but next in line in the timeline. the same with st . It's right after ww and ph, but with a different Link. Ww and phantom hourglass were sequels.Like SpencerJonath, ima zelda nerd. ^_^

No you got it right the first time. The song is supposed to warp you to the Temple of Light, which is inside the Sacred Realm, which is only accessible through the Temple of Time. The reason the song warps you to the Temple of Time is because the Temple of Light, along with the Sacred Realm, was destroyed when Ganondorf stole the Triforce.
