  • hes given me so much happiness....not here tho of course..but God Bless him. <3

  • I'm sorry, I just can't ever take him serious. He's awesome!

  • 0:33 and you're not!

  • To me he will always be Clark!

  • chevy chase is the man..top 4-5 best comedic actors of all time

  • Chevy Chase has not been funny in 20 years. I like that highway robbery Chevy did when he worked 2 months on Fox as a late night show for 8 million. The show was canceled.

Now that he has no sense of humor, he is here to say the obvious.

Go watch 'FOOD INC.'. This tells what is wrong with the USA.

Chevy Chase should go on the Jerry Lewis telethon and crack jokes.

Good job Chevy but, you still suck.

    Sorry...

  • you try to be funny at 70 years old.

  • good on chevy for doing some much needed good!

  • I was waiting for the mic to start cutting out on him like Spies Like Us LOL!

He looks fine, and sounds like he could still do another Fletch :D

  • You're all being immature. Chevy is at least comfortable with himself, and can look like a guy his age. I know a lot of men who look this way in their 1960s. And he's right about too much junk in children.

  • Glad that Chevy is doing some good. It's hard to picture him this deep and serious.

  • @ Dealit707

Who's forcing you to watch or listen to this then? Isn't your country the 'land of the free'? If you like to eat yourself obese, you're welcome to do so too, isn't it? Leave others that didn't make that choise yet the opportunity to get informed in advance...

  • So says the student who stuffs his face with donuts and candy for lunch.

  • your babbling is annoying. theres something terribly wrong with someone who knocks a man who is the co founder of a beneficial and much needed organisation for the US and is actually doing some good on planet earth! you however, should grow up!

  • This is so embarrassing having a man like this talk about things he knows nothing about.

  • He is a great guy!

  • Chevy Chase is a great guy. You guys are slangs.

  • I was hoping he'd throw himself off his chair at the beginning.

    nice work mr. chase.

  • He got just as many laughs before congress as you usually gets with his lame movies and TV appearances.

  • I think he should dye his hair.

  • What hair?

  • post 1990 chevy sucks ass.

  • I disagree. The guy's consistently humorous.

  • wicked comb-over.

    way to go, chevy

  • The dumbass to his right spends the first minute with a stupid grin on his face as if Chevy's gonna go into a skit in front of a federal hearing.

  • Chevy is a first class act!!! He deserves alot of credit for this cause ...if more celebs would voice opinions @ important issues... perhaps we would accomplish more in this country.

  • Well at least I'm seeing a Movie Star going before the House of Reps and getting his point across. When are you doing to do that Brad & Angelenia??

  • Yeah, they're just Goodwill Ambassadors in a worthless, bureacratic, corrupt organisation (the UN).

To be fair though, chevy Chase hasn't been a movie star since the 80s.

  • you mean the 90's

  • Along with this we need to be able to serve our children food grown in our own country and STOP the food coming in from China. With all the recalls of Chinese imports we should demand that the food we feed our children should be safe as well as the toys they play with

  • Go Chevy.

  • I was eating wasabi funyuns while watching this.

  • "National La-poon"? your tax dollars at work...

  • chevy is right.

no one cares, but when it comes to getting their kids fat clothes, every one is on board.

    that's the weekend update.

  • This is the funniest he has been in years

  • your an Ass..plain & Simple

  • Stand up guy. The world can use more leaders like this. Chevy for President!

  • he should've introduced himself as dr. rosenpenis.

  • Dr. Rosenrosen

  • Thank you, Jayni and Chevy Chase--and the wonderful professionals at the CSPI--for bringing the topic of junk food in school (and the urgent need for its expulsion) to the forefront of Congress' attention. Let's ensure that any substance allowed into our schools neither accelerates obesity and disease nor disrupts our students' ability to concentrate.

  • Go Margo Wootan and CSPI! We need someone to watch out for our kids.
