@thascenegrlxD Sally's and some people cut with wet hair, but I do it dry because when its wet and you cut it when it dries out it will be shorter than you actually cut it. This way I know exactly how its going to look and as for the puffy hair thing. "Scene" kids tend to liek their hair with more volume so your hair being "puffy" is a good thing.
