Stan hardly looked like himself in EMI - why is his coat short and closed? I forget if he had the CMI voice actor, though; I haven't played him in a while. ToMI's Stan isn't bad, but I prefer the original voice.

Then buy the new game Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition, complete remake of MI1, with the possibility to switch to the old game anytime. I have it and it's incredible to play it another time ;)

The only thing I don't like about the Special Edition is the lack of the original CD-ROM version's music for the old version. If it had that, it'd be perfect.

that is fixed in a simple click. while playing it's possible to switch from old to new.

@zppzxoox No no, it's not the same music. The Special Edition uses one of the disk versions' soundtracks for "old" mode, and a brand new re-done version for the "new" mode - the original CD-ROM music (where this video's version of Stan's theme is from) doesn't appear in the game.

Stan never came off to me as a squeaky type-more of a car salesman type who just never shuts the !@#$ up, and all vocal versions of him I've seen tend to portray that well, starting with Curse of Monkey Island.
