I Believe Donald Sutherland fits better for Ocelot and if they want to make a scene with the young ocelot, Kiefer Sutherland its perfect for this role, he have almost the same face with his father. David Tennant is great choice!

Not bad choises. From vid's I've seen so far I think you have some of the best thoughts for cast of MGS.
However if they ever made a movie based on Metal Gears (which at this point seems unlikely) I'd say they should go with Outer Heaven Uprising, or Zanzibar Land Disturbance, since those two games arent as well known as MGSses. In fact MGSses are so movielike already and have so much different essential details in them I couldn't even think a way to make a movie that would do justice to them.

You are not that intelligent. First off, Master Miller was not the same person as any of the Snakes. He was being impersonated, that much is true, and it was over the codec, So you only need the actual voice actor for his part. And no way in hell could Sean Connery be Big Boss. His accent is too thick; Big Boss was American, not Scottish or Irish. And the Snakes were not identical clones. They had opposing genes. The cannot be the exact same actor, only similar looking actors.
I actually think Sean Connery would be the best possible choise for Big Boss, and it isn't just about their physical resemblance.
Why would his accent be a problem? I'm sure sir Connery could pull of convincing enough American accent if needed. Besides Big Boss lived most of his life all over the world so I don't really see why would any sort of accent be that inappropriate for him.
As for Snakes, they must have been about 99,99% identical since Solid managed to fake his death with Liquid's corpse without normal DNA-test being capable to tell the difference. I myself have always been into the idea of one actor playing them both (if there ever were live MG-movie with both of them in it). At the very least their actors would have to look similar enough to pass as actual brothers.

Why the hell would you cast Decoy Octopus and not the DARPA Chief? You never even get to meet Decoy when he is himself, he dies of FOX DIE in the cell while he is decoyed as the DARPA Chief, its a Major role. Same with Kennith Baker, Liquid needed him to lead Snake into activating Metal Gear
David Hayter can actually be Snake in a movie version, he looks enough like snake and he has the voice to. The same goes for Michael Ironside for Splinter Cell
Actually, the clone thing isnt that hard. Solid and Liquid doesnt looks like clones, i think they only need the same actor for big boss and solidus. For miller, well, i dont want to spoil the whole thing, but i dont think they need to show him anyway.

Darpa chief is sigint from MGS3 tho, so he does actually play a big part if the film included MGS3 too, Geff Goldblum would make a good Otacon, and it HAS to be David Hayter 4 Snake, he looks like him and can do the voice!

Ray Parks = better gray fox, shit, he already was cyborg ninja in G I Joe. Also, it seems that no one on here has heard of Nathan Jones? The guy could play vulcan raven very easily, and if you wanted to make him look more inuit, you could give him a tan and give him some black/brown contacts. He's certainly not the greatest actor, but then again, Michael Clark Duncan isn't exactly either. Also, i think Christian Bale would make an excellent solid and liquid, viggo would be alright too.

TBH, i think ud be a fool on tryna make a MGS movie, the game is already a movie itself or y dont they just make the movie like Final Fantasy, picture wise, so they wouldnt have to have all this fuss on who plays who, bcoz i definately dont wana see my fav game of all time be ruined by some attempt on tryna make a movie of it. Why the hell would you cast Decoy Octopus and not the DARPA Chief? You never even get to meet Decoy when he is himself, he dies of FOX DIE in the cell while he is decoyed as the DARPA Chief, its a Major role. Same with Kennith Baker, Liquid needed him to lead Snake into activating Metal Gear

Actually, the clone thing isnt that hard. Solid and Liquid doesnt looks like clones, i think they only need the same actor for big boss and solidus. For miller, well, i dont want to spoil the whole thing, but i dont think they need to show him anyway.
But, they shouldnt make a mgs movie, mgs, as a game, is even better than a movie, in a special form, that other games or movies doesnt have.
