After 9 months of ownership I can say that thescooter is a good ride. The only caveat I have is the speedometer is off by 20%. Way too much. The odometer is off exactly 10% Maybe the Chinese think if the speedo says 75 you will think you actually are doing 75.  (Actually you will be doing 60)

I'm not hostile to scooters, but for this money you are nearly up to a Kawasaki Ninja 250 or the new fuel injected Honda CB250R. You have to learn to use a clutch and there's no underseat storage, but the performance is vastly superior.

The Blur's automatic transmission just sucks up too much power.

For such a cool scooter, you'd think an ad for it would be better than this....

From what I know it is a great scooter. But the video is of extremely poor quality. Couldn't they at least take it outside ? When the guy says at the end "It's genuinte" I cannot help smiling. The whole video says " It's fake"

It's built in Taiwan, Suzukis are built in Japan and China and really the 400 is not in the same scooter class as a 220 Blur. Totally different bike

It might be an American company...But the scooters are built in Tiawan, Malaysia and some other Asian countries...If i'm buying Asian, I'll buy a Suzuki Burgman 400.

Not trying to be a jerk or anything... But I noticed that while talking about the locking gas cap and under seat storage you say that to unlock both you depress the key and turn it to the left. But in the cut away video on the gas cap you clearly turn the key to the right. May want to take another shot at that sound bite to lessen confusion.
