All Adobe - Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere - although there are enough flaws in that mess to make Adobe ashamed of it - which doesn't bother me because they have the worst customer service on planet Earth. I promise to start making quality videos when the development team at Adobe figures out the basics of "customer service." I don't know anything about Sony Vegas -- but if it costs less than $2500 and they take your call in less than an hour and aren't rude -- I say go for it! :)
