  • You really need a part catcher I think.

  • OOH ! That dentist drill noise was a bit much. Good video.

  • imagine this doing to your teeth

  • At 0.35 seconds in the video, it was very obvious that the machine was off 1000th of an inch.

  • I want it.

  • Holy balls! That's what happens when you go to school and then build things!

  • thanks for the vid.

  • bello.....però la punta non è centrata!(0.17")

  • @GSADV12 AHAH! é vero!

  • cooooooooooooooooool!!!!

  • nice video. height was off center on the drilling opp though. you can see the bit warp on the first depth in.

  • have funn cleaning all of that i hate it when brass gets everywhere really fun to machine but its everywhere found some in my underwear the other day

  • @Dominykas14 ooooooooooooo not nice having brass swarf on the end of ur nob lol... bad enough when it gets in ur hands and it hurts like fuck lol

  • When doing a show or a video, most builders use brass, to eliminate running coolant etc. Cant show what you cant see !

  • That'd be ideal to have a setup like that, and make parts that sell for about $1000 each, work for an hour, and knock off for the day.

  • Most brass and aluminum parts don't sell for much money at all. The materials are so easy to cut that there's way too much competition. In fact, there's almost always a competitor that will bid below the cost of materials because they have surplus materials in their shop and need the cash to pay next month's bills.

  • The ring to rule them all was engraved by that machine :-)

  • chuck norris must be responsible for this machine

  • far out that thing is savage

  • This video CHANGED MY LIFE

  • :50 sounds like the dentist. if the dentist was a programmed machine...

  • sweet machining, big waste of material

  • exactly, especially since brass is expensive as hell!

  • That's pretty fast to make that product.

How long does it take to make this in metal?

  • That was metal, it was brass.

  • what did you think it was? wood? well wood isn't shiny unless you laquer it! so it must be...

  • not bad geil

  • Wicked DOC on rough OD.

  • nice

    what was engraved?

  • Dime a dozen

  • you can thread at any speed you want...not guarantee they will come out nicely or not, but as long as you have the thread height, minor diameter, speed, and feed all in coordinance with each other, you can thread at whatever speed you like.

  • thats why i love brass

  • Great video! Impressive speeds on the thread milling

  • Thread goes on fast the hex is great and the engraving it's a nice machine.

  • how can it thread by just moving back and forward wile the lathes spinning so fast

  • single point threading brass is very fast.... thats why they use brass to show a machine's speed.

  • It may look fast, but the motion of the cutter is still precisely synchronized with the rotation. That gets you a thread.

  • the material looks like brass.. i can cut faster than that and make perfect threads.. if it was stainless you would have a chipped insert

  • nice video!!!!
