The fingers down represents a kangeroo and at the same time he does the 'kangaroo-sound' and the he puts his fingers up and that represents a dingo (australian wild dog) and makes the barking noise.

It's the story of a kangeroo chased by dingo's and it'snicely told.

I do mine through the sinus. It's hard to explain, but it is a rear mouth/nose deep lung burst. Bring it up from the gu and the stop the breath with the rear of the tongue..exhale through the mouth and sinus at the same time. This takes place in 2 seconds. listen again and practice. PEACE
