He got funding to come to Hawaii to study at the East West Center at the University of Hawaii. At UH, he met Obama's mom and they got married and had Obama Jr at Kapiolani Hospital for Women and Children. Berg's lawsuit suggests that even if the Hawaii birth certificate is not fraudulent, when he was adopted by his stepfather and become an Indonesian citizen in order to enroll in the Islamic school, he gave up his US citizenship since dual citizenship is not permitted with Indonesia. If this lawsuit succeeds,how embarrassing for the Democratic National Committee. They can't even nominate an eligible candidate!

I agree with you. United Stated has dual Citizenship. However, Kenya and Indonesia didn't honor Dual citizenship. Once Obama was adopted by his stepfather he lost that. He hasn't proved that he took the oath of allegiance before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States

If you were born overseas to an American and that American parent lived in the states for at least 10 years prior to the birth. You are a "Natural Born U.S. Citizen" By the way McCain is a "Natural Born U.S. Citizen". Presidents can be Natural born citizens.

You are correct. McCain was challenged on it, and provided his proof of birth as a US citizen, which can occur one of two ways. Either you are born in the US or your parents are US citizens, McCain's parents were.

Not even close to correct. If anything, it was a British controlled area of Kenya where he was born, which, either way u cut it, is not US territory. And the way he's refusing to release this information, it's more apparent that not only may he not have been born in the US, but he may also have never filed for US citizenship after he was in Indonesia. He may be an ILLEGAL ALIEN for all we know, cuz he won't spill anything! Props to Berg.

Obama had to be born in Kenya because there is a record of his birth in Kenya and because records show his mother had been turned away from a flight to Hawaii with her late term pregnancy. That's why they only have "registers of birth" for Obama in two different Hawaiian hospitals. Even if Obama's Hawaiian COLB were real, it's not legal anymore. He lost whatever U.S. citizenship he had when he moved to Indonesia.

Is John McCain a natural born citizen? He was born in Canal Zone (in Panama) a US territory. Obama was born in the state of Hawaii. Since he was born after 1960, the year of Hawaii statehood, he is a US citizen.

Obama has a true certificate number; it is 151 1961 - 010641 and it is on Texasdarlin's website. I have been keeping up to date with this smear from the onset and to find it is still a smear campaign to falsely bring Obama down. These people are now choking on this smear claim.

The answer is really very simple -- The One could authorize the State of Hawaii to provide Sarah Palin, Charlie Gibson, Hilton Paris or whoever, with a certified copy of his immaculate conception, er, birth and that would answer the question one way or the other.

So since it's now out in the open that he was not born in America, this better damn well disqualify him from being on the '08 ballot. If it does not, there's even more proof that Washington, Pentagon and others have long since tossed the Constitution and our liberties as we know it.

And now what really takes the cake is he and his campaign lying about his supposed Christian faith...when he is indeed a Muslim. So now we all know know Braak Obama is a foreign-born Muslim, not an American-born Christian, like most of us thought, and like a large majority would have preferred elected. This is something I knew months before he slipped up during his Sept. 11th 2008 interview.

I don't know about Obama being a citizen or not, but didn't John from Staten Island once say to Steve from Manhattan that George Washington wasn't born in America. John said Washington was born in England, and even Steve was shocked that John would think that.
