all the videos i watch by expert village are 2 minutes long in segments which are not even numbered. why why why cant you make just ONE 10 minute video? actually the pasta making video could have been done in 2 minutes.. and thats it.

That was 10 videos with an average of about 2 minutes per video. That's 20 minutes worth of video for ONE PART of a recipe.

Most, if not all cooking shows on TV explain 3 to 5 ENTIRE RECIPES in 30 total minutes.

I respect your ability to make pasta, but don't take so long to explain it next time.
