There is no such thing as white-on-white racism. Racism is an institutionalized and systemic form of oppression, wherein the power dynamic is between people of color and white people, this cannot be reversed. There is no such thing as "reverse racism", and there cannot be "horizontal reverse racism" either. The words that Leona and Martin said to Shelley, David, and Sarah may have hurt their feelings in the moment, but those words have no real power in society 'cause society supports whiteness!

I don't hate white people. I hate ignorant, racist people of any race. But I agree, a lot of white people are really judgmental and racist. I have mostly Hispanic and Asian friends, but that's because the town in which I live is primarily composed of minorities. Ignorant is ignorant, no matter what color or race they are.

I totally agree. Discrimination is part of human nature, but in a "progressist" society is just unethical. There are of course people in minority groups who discriminate and instead of taking a position towards integration, they segregate. Human nature...
