I bought this today...I'm returning it. It has a opening at the top of the blades that everything leaks out of if you get it deeper than the top of the short shaft under the blade.

@rrlampton21 Yep it's really shallow. The deepest one that i found that is also water tight and i ended up keeping is the cuisentart. Check out the description i'll include a link.

Why do you cut up the onions and jalepenos before putting them in? I bought a food processor so I wouldn't have to do stuff like that.

@donutgabe I was curious about that too as it comes with a chopping disc. At that point you could toss all that into a blender and get close to the same results.
