ive tried to make a mesmer/elementalist build with glyph of renewal and i found it works just as good, but i have to wiel a plus +15 energy component, like cyndr's heart

The average energy is 83-99 depending what u wear , u can pimp it to 129+ with a -2/+30 but after u turn back to the previus weapon u get a nice 0 energy for about 15 secs and that sux

Many Monks beleave that essence doesn't worth the trouble but thats not true , cause in some cases u may need more than just a strip off and on of watchfull spirit which costs 15 points .

Nuker :Fire Attunement , Glyph of renewal , Insendiary Bonds , Meteor , Meteor Shower , Mark of Rodgort , Phoenix , Flame Burst

Attrs Fire 16 Energy 15 Primal energy amd a secondery Health based Armor

20/20 + 20/20 HCT/HRT Wand+Focus

+30+45 Health Staff

+30 Energy Wand+Focus

In this run : Monk : B-sig , Essence Bond ,Balthazar's Spirit , Watchfull Spirit, Life Barrier , Life Bond , Vital Bless , Mending Attrs: Prot16 for obvius reasons , Heal as max as possible and only for watchfull spirit which acts as the only heal and rest on Divine Favor which normally should be around 7-8
