@crotchrockett004 5 reps is pure strength, 8 to 10 is strength/ size 10 to 12 is size/endurance and 15 plus is endurance. thats according to the NSCA and most organizations agree with that assessment.

You can lose weight by eliminating carbohydrates from your diet. You could go from whatever carbohydrate rich diet and increase your caloric intake to a high fat, high protein diet.
I've done this twice and gone from 23+% bodyfat to 6%.
One of those times I only did cardio (injured) and maintained much of my muscle mass.
