Okay i did every thing you said perfictly :) It worked while it was on that ninja site and i saved it to profile then uplaoded it to myspace and i put it as my profile pic and took a shower then came back and NOTHING it was not moving at all i even let the page sit there for a while just in case it might be my site...nope.
