Hot Rats and The Grand Wazoo and Waka Jawaka are " the hardest to Listen to CDs " of Frank Zappa

I really really hated them when i first heard them

Now after over 6 Listens they are my Favorite of the early Zappa CD s and True and Timeless Masterpieces

@musicisthebestF Just because you didn't like them doesn't mean you can objectively claim they're the hardest to listen to. Hot Rats is fairly basic compared to some of Zappa's more eccentric albums, as it largely pursues basic tropes of jazz and blues-rock. Is it any less enjoyable, hell no! But I'm saying to someone who had never heard Frank Zappa before, something like Hot Rats would be more inviting than something like Freak Out! or One Size Fits All.

We can agree he's awesome, though.

Well i was 10 years old when Frank died there was NOO Way i would ve known him at that age

Or liked his music at that age

So Dweezil is my only chance to see his music live, And i did in 2007 and i was NOT disappointed

for 1 Minute of that concert

But i am still waiting for that Roxy DVD i hope Dweezil releases it before 2015 freakin 40 th Anniversary

Dweezil Zappa released 3 or 4 Solo CD s not only Z and Shampoo Horn
